One main floor bedroom with a queen size bed and a main floor full bathroom with stackable washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. One bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4), and the last bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed.brbrOutside you will find a newly installed stamped concrete patio great for gathering with your whole group and a fire pit for relaxing in the evening! Enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and Walnut Beach right from the patio!!brbrThere is not beach access from the backyard. The entrance to Walnut Beach is about a block away. You can walk to Walnut Beach from the house by going down the sidewalk toward the entrance. There is a large public parking lot that is located closer to the beach so it would be much easier to drive and park there if you are taking a lot of things with you to the beach. At the bottom of the hill behind the house, there is a drinking water treatment facility that does not obstruct the view of the lake. It is a quiet and odorless facility.

A peaceful and quiet retreat complete with stunning views and a myriad of wildlife including some incredible birding. Please note there is NO LAKE ACCESS and the bluff at water's edge is fairly steep, please watch small children.brbrThe fully stocked gourmet kitchen is perfect for cooking together.
