Shore Cliff Cottage

Just on the out skirts of town which it made it easy to go anywhere in a short amount of time.

The whole experience and cleanliness and views were amazing dont have a bad thing to say whatsoever

A sweet little cottage with an awesome view that felt so cozy and welcoming! Well equipped for cooking in and comfy bed for snuggling into as the weather changes. Dogs loved exploring the parks as did we.Jeff is very responsive. We certainly will return!

I loved everything about this cute little cottage! It was clean, had everything we needed and the host could not have been more welcoming! He was very responsive to the couple of questions I had. It is so convenient to restaurants and the store if you need something. Can’t beat the beautiful view of the lake. They provide you with firewood for bonfire nights. We plan to make this an annual trip.

Was a great place to stay but the next door neighbor called and complained the minute we showed up with our small dogs, and we were reprimanded immediately which want a great experience. I might suggest not taking pets here. Otherwise it was great.

It was so clean with so many amenities. The host was so helpful and included a great handout about the cottage and the area. It is perfectly situated near so many things to do and so many great restaurants. We loved our stay! Thank you!

The cabin was awesome. Very private, peaceful & serene. Nice soft comfy beds but I should have taken my feather pillow. Nice stocked showers with plenty of everything, wood for some fires, a grill, of course the awesome deck, the view and sound of the Lake. No lake access unfortunately but the view from the deck was beautiful?There's basically nowhere you can get close to the water if you want to fish. Everything is a beach. Even GOTL State Park that tax payers pay for has a marina in it so you are not allowed to fish or do anything, you are not even allowed to use the restrooms there unless you have a boat there and know the code. So basically you can look but you can't touch.Cabin 8 is the best awesome

Shore Cliff was very clean. It was beautiful decorated. The check in was very easy. The check out process was excellent compared to other places we have stayed. We just had to gather up towels. Thank you Jeff!

Great little place. Comfortable and clean. They have everything there you need. The patio out by the drop off to the lake is a great place to hang out. Wish we had two nights. Unfortunately with VRBO's fees it gets expensive. Only drawback is no access to the lake.

Wonderful stay. The cottage has everything you need right down to having wood for a fire. Very clean! Beautiful view of the lake as well. About 20 minutes to all the wineries. Would definitely stay again.

This get away is amazing. The cabin itself is beautiful but the outdoor space is phenomenal. Thinking of another time to be able to get up there.

We celebrated our 38th anniversary there and felt the owner (Jeff) thought of everything needed in his cottage for a couple to have a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Enjoyed the birds and other wildlife on the property and he gave us some great restaurant recommendations!

We had an amazing 3 night stay over the 4th of July weekend. As soon as we walked into the cottage we were impressed, it was clean,clean, clean, loved the living room with all the windows over looking the lake, it was so bright & cheerful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was amazing, it was so well equipped with everything that you would need in a kitchen to cook or bake, it had everything we needed and more with high end equipment . Even had paper plates & plastic utensils which is perfect for a vacation home, but there were also plenty of regular plates, drinking glasses & coffee mugs, Jeff also added a special touch by having a welcoming letter board welcoming us with our name on it, with a card & a candy bar. That was so special to us. The outside property was well taken care of, we enjoyed eating outside on the patio, having our morning coffee enjoying the view of the lake & we enjoyed the fire pit. We got up every morning to watch the sunrise. We only left the property 2 times to go out to a restaurant, our intention coming here was to just have a quiet relaxing weekend and this cottage definitely delivered,we loved every minute of our stay, thank you Jeff for sharing your beautiful cottage with us

Wanted to stay on the water at Lake Erie, it was so peaceful and quiet. The home was small but enough space for the 5 of us. Clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again. The owner responded quickly to all of our questions. We went to Niagara Falls and was very convenient for us. Loved Geneva on the Lake.

This was a GREAT find and stay. The view is amazing and the property area is quiet. The house is newly redone and fit our large group comfortably with a lot of outdoor space for us to spread out. Property owner was responsive quickly to emails/questions, and left us a very nice welcome treat when arrived. House has everything you need. Thanks Jeffrey!

Relaxing

Jeff’s place was perfect for us to get away for the night. The view and sound of the waves on the deck were perfect. Jeff responded to our messages very quickly. Also, he left my favorite candy bar for us.

This property sits right on Lake Erie. Great location for wineries or state park or the Ashtabula Harbor. It is exactly like the pictures and nice and clean. Thanks for a perfect stay!

This was a spur of the moment road trip to enjoy what fall in Ohio has to offer. This property was exactly what we were looking for to enjoy water views, spectacular fall colors, and the warmth and smells of a outdoor fire.

Very nice place to stay I would love to come back

We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer! The cottage was very comfortable and clean. The community deck and view of the lake was amazing! Having a campfire and listening to the waves of the lake made for a wonderful evening!! We will be back to stay longer!!

Over 6 days this property provided the most relaxing experience ever thought of. The host has created a rare opportunity with the perfect mix of privacy and opportunity to meet new friends!

Place was perfect for our short family get away. Area is peaceful and quiet. Close to all beaches and the strip. View of lake behind cottage is fantastic. Host was helpful when needed. Would book again for sure.

This is by far the absolute BEST experience I have had renting a house. The Host, Jeff was wonderful and answered my questions quickly. The Welcome we got when entering the cottage was a very pleasant surprise with a Personalized Welcome Board and a chocolate bar. No one has ever done that, so very nice touch. I am a DIVA when I travel and let me tell you, this place checked all the boxes. I would definitely rent this awesome place again! Thank you for such a wonderful stay and a clean and welcoming environment. A+++++++

Very inviting

This is a great cottage with a view of Lake Erie. We enjoyed having meals on the patio picnic table and viewing the boats on the lake, it was so relaxing! The cottage was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Jeff is a very accommodating and responsive host. We enjoyed arriving after a long drive and seeing the welcome messages and snacks. Highly recommend!
