The cottage has been designed to catch the summer breeze's thru its numerous windows and opening french doors to promote that laid back beach holiday with ocean breezes and bird's singing in the tree's.brbrInside funky colourful decor and furniture, coupled with soaring lounge room ceiling and open-plan layout give this cottage a welcoming beach house feel. brbrSet all on one flat level and back off the street you'll love Summer Lovings' fully secured yard with outdoor shower and plenty of room for the kiddies & family pets to run around and explore. Walk down the long driveway to the back garden and onto the new wrap around veranda with BBQ and outdoor setting. Step into the main living area which is an open plan living, dining & kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, clean and functional. It has a Delonghi Espresso coffee machine & Bosch dishwasher. Dine inside or outside on the veranda. brbrDown the hallway of the cottage, you will find two of the three bedrooms. One bedroom is over sized with a double bed and two single beds. The other bedroom has a queen bed. Conveniently located between these two bedrooms is a large main bathroom with a bath and shower, next to this you will find a separate toilet. brbrThe second living area and parents retreat is found at the opposite end of the cottage from where you can step outside through the beautiful double french doors onto the large timber covered front deck to enjoy the afternoon sea breeze and watch the world go by. The master room has a double bed with a lovely large newly renovated ensuite. Parents will appreciate that the parents retreat at the front of the cottage with the main bedroom, ensuite and lounge room can be closed off for privacy and to ensure a peaceful and quiet sleep-in away from the main hub of the cottage.brbrWe have recently completed our outhouse renovation which now allows for 2 additional guests and features 1 double fold out sofa bed (BYO linen, pillows, blankets). Maximum guests inside the cottage is 8 and additional guests happy to sleep in the outhouse can not exceed 2. Only the inside cottage beds will be made up with linen. Guests sleeping in the outhouse is best suited for children/teenagers.brbrGreat access for your boat with plenty of off street parking and easy u-turn area.brbrSummer Loving has fresh paint and carpets and is very clean and tidy so we are confident you'll be happy with your stay, be it full of adventure or just relaxing with family & friends.brbrBedding & Cleaning Costs brbrCleaning costs are included in the nightly stay rate. No additional cleaning costs apply.brbrThe three bedrooms within the cottage are light and airy and will accommodate up to 8 people comfortably in good quality beds with as-new quality linen.brbrWe have also just completed our outhouse renovation. The outhouse has been a great success with the kids. It is also a games room with table tennis, darts, badminton, board games, skate, boogie & surf boards and even a few bikes!. A great place to relax after the sun goes down and challenge the family to some good old fashion fun.brbrJust bring your bath and beach towels.brbrLocation & Attractions & DirectionsbrbrLocationbrSun, surf, fish, explore or relax ! brbrJust take your towel and walk down to one of the beautiful golden sand beaches at Culburra. brbrThis is truly the perfect holiday setting for every age group, situated between a beautiful lake, a river and two unspoilt golden sand beaches.brbrJust a quick 2 minute drive or 20 min stroll to Culburra shops where you will find a Woolworths store, restaurants including Chinese, seafood and pizza, numerous cafes, bakery, bottle shop and other local shops.brbrbrThe AttractionsbrbrPet Friendly. Culburra Beach is a dog friendly beach including a dedicated off leash times from 4pm to 8am - Whoof!brbrActivities include swimming, windsurfing, snorkeling, surfing and fishing, kayaking, boating you name it! There are also 3 golf courses nearby. brbrThere are some great spots for fishing at Crookhaven river, Greenwell Point & Orient Point. Numerous jetties and boat ramps surround Culburra Beach. Dolphins swim in the bay all year and Whales from May to November. brbrTake in some beautiful walks or bike riding in the area.brbrThe local attractions near Culburra Beach include Callala Beach (a 15-minute drive away). Towards Currarong, you'll find many more secluded white sandy beaches and a National Park including the gorgeous Honeymoon Bay (Put this on your to-do list, Honeymoon Bay is a stunning bay, perfect for snorkeling, kayaking and very safe for kiddies). Only 15 min from Nowra, Callala and 30 min from Berry, Kangaroo Valley and Jervis Bay. brbrFrom Sydney take the eastern distributor to Southerland and onto Highway 1 past Wollongong and on to Nowra. When you arrive at Nowra you proceed through Nowra past Nowra Fair until you see a sign on the left for Culburra, Greenwell Point and Callala Bay. Turn left at the lights (pub on the Corner) continue on until you see a right turn for Culburra. Turn right and follow all the way to Culburra.
