SmokingbrSmoking is not allowed inside the Property.brAll cigarette butts and ash will be disposed of in an appropriate receptacle.br17. LiabilitybrMembers of the Rental Party hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host and Property Manager against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the Property regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. brMembers of the Rental Party expressly recognise that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host and/or Property Manager may maintain on the Property does not cover the personal property of Members of the Rental Party or other Unauthorised Guests. brMembers of the Rental Party are advised to purchase their own insurance.br18. Rental Deposit brThe Host can retain any costs associated with cleaning or damage from the Rental Deposit at their discretion. br19. Attorney’s FeesbrThe Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney`s fees and expenses that are made or incurred by the Host enforcing this agreement.br20. Use of PropertybrThe Rental Party expressly acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is for transient occupancy of the Property, and that the Rental Party will not make the property a residence or household.br21. Shortened Stays and ConditionsbrThere will be no refunds due to shortened stays or ruined expectations.br22. Hazardous materialsbrThe Rental Party agrees that hazardous materials will not be stored or used in or around the Property.br23. Illegal UsebrThe Rental Party will use the property for legal purposes only and other use will cause termination of the Booking without refund. br24. Fire AlarmsbrThe Guest must immediately notify the Property Manager if a smoke alarm is activated or indicates a low battery condition.br25. PossessionsbrReasonable efforts will be made to return possessions left by the Rental Party. BookingbrThe “Booking” is a record of information and contains guest details, booking dates, costs, and other information. The Booking may be stored by a third-party online travel agency (OTA) or by Alpine Property Management Pty Ltd (Property Manager).brBookings are made through an OTA, such as Airbnb, or directly through the Property Manager via telephone, email, or website.br3. PartiesbrThis Agreement is made between:brthe person(s) making the Booking, hereafter referred to as “Guest”, and the Home Owner hereafter referred to as “Host”.brThe “Rental Party” is comprised of the Guest and the persons indicated in the Booking (Members).
