Self contained granny flat with a separate laundry/shower and toilet. The laundry / toilet area is clean and tidy, however has a slight 90's retro theme. The whole space has private access but shares a wall with the main home. brbrThe main house is a private holiday home and often vacant. brbrSpace has a flat screen TV, fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster. Double bed in room. Linen, towels and pillows supplied.brbrYour room will be stocked with tea, coffee, milk. Free wifi also provided.brbrGuests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor space in the rear yard, which has plenty of tables and chairs, sunbeds and more to relax on. brbrNote: the room is set up as per the photos. There is no table and chairs inside the room but plenty of areas to sit in the backyard and on the front balcony. brbrDogs welcome, please be aware i have 2 pugs that are very social and use the backyard as well.
