The Space:

Seagrass features newly renovated and styled spaces, fully equipped kitchen, high quality finishes and linen, and the highlight of the home and the perfect addition to your getaway, a pool. There is a newly renovated flat nehidn the house with a kitchenette bathroom and small living area. Picture yourself relaxing by the poolside after a morning spent at the beach or wandering the South Coast, Sun kissed and content. This is what awaits you at Seagrass.

Please note the pool is not heated !



The Neighborhood:

Culburra Beach is Perched on a peninsula and surrounded by a river, lake, ocean and national park, Culburra Beach offers a multitude of outdoor activities. Seagrass is located in close proximity to the beach, river, lake, shops, cafes, and is also so close to some of the South Coast renowned attractions. There are endless options for day trips, from the white sands of Jervis Bay to the many wineries of the region the possibilities for your stay are endless.



We live in a residential neighborhood, and we like to respect our Neighbours and ensure that we comply with the New South Wales regulations. We have a strict 10pm noise restrictions and we also have noise monitors in the house.



Getting Around:

There are endless options for day trips, from hundreds of pristine beaches to the many wineries of the region, the possibilities for your stay are endless. It is recommended that you use private transport throughout the Shoalhaven. There is limited access to public transport and the train service only runs to Bomaderry. Some options may include; Nowra taxi service, private bus, limousine service or car hire.



Other Things to Note:

We want you to enjoy your stay! Just a reminder that we use noise monitors to maintain a peaceful environment. We kindly ask outdoor music must stop or move inside by 9:30 PM with all doors and windows closed. All music inside and out must be completely off by 10:00 PM. Live bands and external sound setups are never permitted at any time.

    This is a brand new property, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Karly, the property manager, was wonderful to work with. The added touch of artisan bread, cookies and cereal was wonderful. The pool and games room is great for kids and the proximity to the beach is great. Only one bathroom is a bit limiting, but not enough to stop us coming back. Well worth it.

    This is our 4th holiday at Seagrass. The property is always spotless and so welcoming. Lovely amenities, a welcome package and a welcome supply of tea/coffee/mil for the arrival. Towels fluffy, fully equipped laundry and kitchen. The host is lovely - always quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended.

    The house is beautiful and well equipped. We loved the pool, the proximity to the beach and especially the outdoor area which catches the sea breeze. We have stayed a few times and will be back.

    This most clean and inviting house to walk into. We all loved our stay here- cannot fault anything. The bed linen felt so high end and comfy.     This has been our third stay at Seagrass and we still love it and will come again. The property was sparkling and fresh when we arrived, so easy to live in and enjoy, a short walk to the beach, a great pool, an easy kitchen and having a studio as part of the accommodation is fantastic when you come with extended family.     Well located property with lovely pool close to beach, restaurants, bike path to shopping and good fishing. Loved our stay with the grandchildren family. The studio accommodation in addition to the house was perfect for grandparents plus family. Right from when you open the front door everything is welcoming. Will come again!

    Recently returned from 7 days at this beautiful property and would highly recommend it. Beautifully renovated, super clean, amazingly comfortable bed and resort like backyard. The swimming pool area was perfect. The host Karlee was fantastic and was prompt with any questions we had. Close to main shops and beach. Highly recommend this place.

    We organized a little getaway with my parents, siblings and dogs down the coast for a bit of RnR. The house was perfect for what we needed. The pool isn't heated which is a shame in the cold weather but completely understandable. The studio room was great for my wife and I to stay with the pets.
