The upstairs living area is attached to the bedroom with 2 triple bunks which is attached to a bathroom. There is a bookshelf with a wide variety of books and magazines for guests to read during their stay. We have kayaks at the property for guest use.brbr There's an outdoor table for outdoor dining, please note: the outdoor umbrella is unavailable for guest use. A fire pit, private jetty and enclosed screen outdoor area which can be opened up if required. There is a BBQ available for use as well as several kitchen appliances including a blender, mix master and slow cooker. brbrThe kitchen also has 2 fridge/freezers so there's plenty of space for food. brbrThe garage is locked and not usable for guests so boats must be launched up the road at the public slipway but can be tied up at the private jetty at the property.brbrPLEASE NOTE: There could be a caravan and boat parked out the front which limits off street parking.
