Eleanor is our beach house that is wonderful for old fashioned holidays. It is configured so that a second family could stay on the ground floor. There is a whale watching and star gazing roof terrace. Warrain beach is a 2 minute walk, and both Culburra Beach and Lake Woolomboola a 5 minutes walk.

Stayed Jan 3, 2026Great house, so comfortable and we just loved sitting on the balcony with its view of the sea after a day at the beach (you can walk to both Culburra and Warrain beach). Downstairs there is a separate bedroom, loungeroom and bathroom which was fabulous for my teen. Highly recommended.

Stayed Nov 21, 2025The location was really fantastic - walking distance from all of the places we went. There was a bit of a mixup with the place being cleaned prior to arrival but the host sorted this swiftly. A really lovely place - very cozy and feels like a friend's holiday home! The host also allowed for a late check-in which was very kind. All in all, a great stay!

Stayed Dec 6, 2024Only issue we had with the property was no air conditioning and on the hot days the property was hot even with the windows open and only one small fan. I would suggest a few more fan or put in some air conditioning

Stayed Oct 9, 2024Very comfortable stay- some interesting gallery type pieces and we loved the ocean soundtrack and glimpse of the water! It took a minute to find the kettle and microwave… Many thanks Michael for sharing your groovy digs! (We brought some dvds but couldn’t find a player)
