Great location and close walk to the beach. It has 3 bedrooms, and 1 1/2 baths. We have parking for 2 cars off the street with use of the garage. The house is bright, simple and clean. brbrOn the main floor is the family/living room with TV/dvd player, kitchen, 1/2 bath and laundry room. In the family room we have a queen pull out sofa bed. Stairs lead you up to the 2nd floor where you have 3 spacious bedrooms. 1st bedroom has King bed with TV, 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Full bathroom is on 2nd floor as well.br brOff the kitchen on the main floor you exit the back door and steps lead you to a large patio area. Table with 6 chairs & umbrella. The patio is shared with side A of the duplex, Both units have their own patio set and gas grill. We have a divider on the paver patio that gives you privacy. At the end of the patio is the weber propane gas grill. Large grassy area to play yard games.
