Stayed Aug 9, 2025A beautiful 5-star property and excellent host. Amazing house steps from the beach with a lovely heated swimming pool. The open kitchen with bathroom nearby leading into the living room was a perfect place for my family to hang out and have meals. A beautiful primary bedroom with bath on one floor with 4 other spacious bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms on a separate floor. The house is fully equipped with a convenient elevator, multiple tv’s including one by the pool. Located in a lovely section of Point Pleasant steps from the beach, 5 minutes to Jenkinson's and 20 minutes to Seaside Heights attractions and boardwalks. My multi-generational family of 6 had a wonderful time and appreciated Matt’s quick responses and superb communication. He was a wonderful host and we would definitely want to return again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025The property was great - very clean, had all the amenities and extras (pool games, chairs, etc.) that you could want, in a great location. This property is 5 blocks from the busy boardwalk but located in a quiet neighborhood one block from the beach. The setup was great too as the 4 bedrooms in the middle floor had their own balcony and sitting area - good for some private time during the week.
