Stayed Aug 20, 2022There were 10 of us in all, ranging in age from 5 to almost 70. The house was perfect for all of us, and the direct access to the private beach area was great. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed May 30, 2022Mike was welcoming from check-in to check-out. The property was ideal for a beach getaway. The family sitting area beachside was relaxed and an ideal size for our family. The TV area at the front of the house was perfectly located and it accommodated a large group. Our family particularly enjoyed the seating area outside that was at the crest of the dunes, one could relax and view the ocean while having a beverage.

Stayed Jan 18, 2020Even thigh it was January I just lived watching the sunrise every morning. Close to great restaurants and comfortable sleeping or hanging out in different parts of the house. Owner is really nice guy and made us feel very comfortable

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I can't say enough about the fabulous location of this home. The views from the deck and Florida room were sensational! There was plenty of space and excellent views in the living areas, plus a recreation room downstairs with a pool table, bar, and laundry room. The kitchen was a bit small but still very doable. Our only disappointment was that we hadn't known that there would be no sheets, blankets, or towels. No hairdryers or even much bathroom tissue. The owner was good enough to loan some sheets, and found some beach towels that had been stored away. My sister who lives in town also brought over some sheets and pillow cases. A service is normally available to provide these items, however, the service was not in operation off-season (November). We still enjoyed our stay immensely and are planning to return next summer. The owner came by several times to check in on us and was very pleasant and accommodating.
