Stayed Aug 9, 2025Just like the previous review says this house really has everything. My family and I had a great vacation here. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk is great. The large driveway to not have to worry about street parking is beyond convenient. The wrap around porch is SPECTACULAR!!! We spent soo much time on the porch day and night. We were a group of 9 and the house was more than spacious. Living room, dining area fit us all comfortably. The house is equipped with soo many items (beach chairs, beach towels, beach badges, games, books, kitchen supplies, etc.) The communication with hostess and her father was superb. Overall an excellent home in a great location. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025This house has it all. The kitchen is FULLY equipped and the beach accessories are plentiful (beach towels, totes, chairs, umbrellas, etc.) There are a ton of games and books to choose from. The wrap around porch is heaven! We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the porch which was great. The living room fits 10-12 people very comfortably (the sectional sofa is fabulous). The coffee bar is a nice touch! It is a very convenient location...just one block to the beach and boardwalk and close to downtown. The hostess was fabulous. I would highly recommend. My daughter was married at Clarks Landing Yacht Club and the wedding party stayed the night before her wedding and it was lovely. I hosted a breakfast for 15-20 people and seating was plentiful. I had 3 to 7 family members stay the rest of the week and everyone was comfortable.
