The porch is one of the areas that everyone loves. It is large and relaxing, surrounded by flowers, and an ideal place to people watch, have cocktails, watch the horse-drawn carriages, and dine. brbr132 Decatur Street has an ideal location. It is one block from a beautiful wide beach yet only one half block from the center of the pedestrian shopping mall. Everything is within an easy walk. All rooms have central A/C. The kitchen is newly renovated with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the utensils a gourmet cook might need. An HDTV is wall-mounted in the kitchen. It has counter space for seven diners as well as a separate bar and coffee bar area with beverage refrigerator, blenders and multiple coffee makers. A powder room and fully equipped laundry are adjacent to the kitchen. The house has a dining room that will accommodate twelve and two living rooms. Each living room has a flat screen HDTV and DVD. The living rooms are separated by pocket doors to allow for different tastes in TV or movie watching.brbrThe second floor has four bedrooms and three full modern bathrooms (beds are 3 Queens and 1 Twin). The third floor has two bedrooms (beds are 2 Full and 2 Twin) and a turret used as a reading area. The rear yard is fenced with a six foot fence for privacy and safety of young children. We use Lysol, Clorox and the Quat line of products from National Chemical Labs, a major supplier to hospitals, schools, and commercial establishments. We always use disposable gloves, which once used are disposed. Fresh gloves at every location. Fresh mop heads are used at each location. We use hundreds of rags by the end of a day. Our ground floor unit has been lovingly renovated for the 2026 season and sleeps four comfortably. The location is great- three blocks to the beach and right in the center of town. It has a large screened porch where you can enjoy outdoor dining or a peaceful morning coffee. Park your car in your dedicated spot and enjoy everything Cape May has to offer!brAs you pull into the parking lot your spot is the very first on your left. If you have two cars, let me know and the use of a second spot can be arranged. A parking pass will be provided- leave this on your dashboard.brbrThe main entrance to the apartment is on the opposite side of the building. Here there is a box to store your beach gear…and you’ll also notice the outdoor shower which is shared by the four units. Access the condo via the coded keypad on the door.brbrEnter into the living space which has a sofa for lounging and dinette for those rare times when you don’t want to dine al fresco! There is a smart tv with Comcast Xfinity. Get ready to relax with a cup of coffee or tea. brbrThe bathroom has a glass enclosed shower and shampoo, conditioner and body wash are stocked for your use. There are plenty of fluffy towels and washcloths- all 100% cotton.brbrThe kitchen is stocked with basics. Along with the usual appliances there is also a toaster oven/air fryer combo. Sheets and bedding are 100% cotton and, yes, we do replace the blankets and duvet covers between every guest, every time. brbrAt the front of the apartment is the spacious screened porch. You can also access the condo through this space. The keypad on the kitchen door will be personally coded for easy access. brbrThe porch has a beautiful live edge black walnut table that seats six. This is where you’ll want to dine when the weather is nice. There is a comfy daybed perfect for that post-beach nap and two rockers for lounging, or cosy up in the egg chair to read a book.brbrAccess the space either through the main entrance or the screened porch into the kitchen. Both the main door and kitchen door have keypad locks. Your code will be provided on the morning of check in.brFour beach tags will be provided for guests in the summer season.
