Completely Renovated Historical Home - The Black and White House

We loved this rental. It was a perfect place for a reunion of old friends. The property was immaculate and in a great location. There were plenty of things to do in the area and it was especially nice to come back to our own private house to unwind and reminisce.

This was a perfect home for our family, plenty of space, open floor plan, great amenities! Would definitely book again, we all loved it!

Wonderful week in Cape May! Everything was perfect.

Perfect for our cousin’s reunion. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go except for a few of the older ones. They loved the first floor bedroom with the en-suite. There’s plenty of room for everyone to sit on the porch and talk. Same in the living room and kitchen.

Kitchen could use a few smaller microwave dishes…ex 8”/9” square pans and a Pyrex 1 cup measure, but otherwise very good.

Everything was great. Plenty of space. Kitchen was great. Heat worked well and everything was easy to figure out. Since there was 8 of us it would have been nice to have more than 1 key. We will definitely be back!

The house is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are huge and immaculate. The host could not have been nicer and was easy to communicate with. The kitchen had everything you could need. The house is within walking distance to shops. It was perfect and my family was thrilled.

Everything about the stay was just wonderful. The house is beautifully done, there was more than enough space for all 9 of us and the location couldn't be better. We need to thank the hosts for sharing their lovely home with us. We left it as we found it - in perfect condition. One small thing - the mats in the kitchen and living room should have those grip mats underneath. They were slippery. Great mini-vacation for my group. Thanks

Favorite thing to do is enjoying the charming porch and side yard for little ones to play in. Love the 10-15 minute walk to mall. Everyone enjoys reading about history of the house. A nice autumn visit!

This house answered all the needs for a group of 7 friends! The location allows for walking access to the town, is set in a lovely location and communication with the property manager was excellent. This is our go-to house when staying in Cape May.

Scott and Rhonda's home was perfect for our weekend getaway. The decor was fun, the rooms were clean, and it had every amenity we needed. They were both very accommodating to our requests. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone to stay here!

This is our second year coming to the Black & White House. 5 couples in our early 60's come to bike ride, dine, watch sports & drink wine. This year we tried Rail biking at the Revolution Rail Co. and we really liked it. Our first night we always pick up an Italian feast. The house has everything we need to accommodate eating, sleeping & hanging out. Already looking forward to next year!!

The house was well appointed. We enjoyed the eight bicycles and used them a lot. The beach tags were a nice perk. The only downside was the walk to the beach which took us about 15 minutes. We drove the family to the beach, drove home and then traveled back by bike. This worked well. We really enjoyed the house and highly recommend it to others.

We stayed at this beautiful house for a family gathering.It was super clean and comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to town and the beaches.It was roomy with everything we needed.The host was very responsive and organized and made everything easy. We had a wonderful memorable visit.

Beautiful home, comfortable setting for large family. Enjoyed family game nights, yard and porch, and stocked kitchen for the preparation and enjoyment of our Cinco DeMayo dinner. Not a great weather weekend, but enjoyed our time together with available options to us at the house and around town!

Really enjoyed the house..inside and outside. The 6 and 7 year olds loved their bunk space. It would have been helpful though for some instructions on accessing regular tv channels as well as the streaming channels. Thank you

The house was great! There was some lack of communication when I had a concern with the house. However, it was a great home with a great location.

This was our third year staying here. We just love it. It’s decorated so lovely. We even got black and white checked pj’s. So we fit right in. It’s really a beautiful house.

House was completely renovated, clean, with yard large enough to throw a football, and had all the essentials. The house and yard contributed to our wonderful stay.

This home is perfect!! Lots of room for everyone to spend time together and plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone. Great location, close enough to walk to Washington Street Mall. Highly recommended!!

This was our second stay at the Black and White House. It is in a great location, walkable to everything and is comfortable to our group of seven. The host was helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions!

We had a great stay at the Black & White House. house! So convenient to town, wineries, Washington St Mall, restaurants and the beach. We also spent so much time at the house because it was so wonderful-the porch was our favorite spot! The house was decorated so cute and loved the Halloween decorations Home was very clean and the hosts so easy to communicate with. Just a bit disappointed that the TV in two of the bedrooms didn't work. Only tried two of the five. Would definitely recommend this house to friends. The house was in a great location. Walked everywhere. Decorated for Halloween inside and out - which was a bonus! Beautifully decorated and absolutely loved the porch for sitting and people watching. Owners were great to deal with and answered any questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again

The house was very clean and decorated with very cool things. We were all adults in for a wedding and we were able to walk to the shopping area and a short drive to the beach. The yard and front porch were great for hanging out and getting some fresh air. We would definitely consider renting here again. Only comment- maybe move the key holder to front door so you don’t have to walk on the grass in your dress shoes to the backyard for entry.

Beautiful property, very spacious & located close to everything. We are a group of 50+ professionals who like to travel together to enjoy fine dining, bike riding, wineries, watching sporting events & shopping. Cape May & the Black & White House was the perfect combination for all of those things. I would highly recommend this property.

Cute historic home with beautiful grounds, ample parking. Usually stay in OBX where linens supplied and beds made ion arrival but easy enough to adjust! Definitely recommend
