Back inside you’ll find a large deep Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom along with plenty of soft and fluffy towels. There is a 24” smart TV mounted above the door to take your spa time to the next level! The guest bedroom features two twin XL beds with a secret – they’re both adjustable with massage! There is a wired closet organizer along with a dresser for plenty of storage space. A 24” smart TV is on top of the dresser and there is a wall mounted 55” TV with a PlayStation 4, bring your own games to enjoy! The master bedroom has a queen sleigh bed, a wooden closet organizer plus a tall dresser for all your storage needs. A wall mounted 55” smart TV is ready for use.brbrThe majority of the house is smart capable via Google assist. The lights - living room, kitchen, bathroom, kitchen cabinet lights, bathroom nightlight. The kitchen cabinet lights and bathroom nightlight can be customized to different colors. The living room and kitchen ceiling fans are voice controlled. There is a Ring doorbell/camera at the front door and 4 additional outdoor security cameras. There are NO indoor cameras. There are 2 offstreet parking spaces available along with on-street parking. The garage, outbuilding, and stone driveway are not included with rental. With so much to do year-round in historic Cape May, this is the perfect rental for any season! Available for weekly or 2 – 3-night minimum stays year-round.brbrLocated 2 short blocks from the beach (lifeguard protected in season), our home offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space. With four floors of living space, there is plenty of room for everyone.brbrOur home offers ample, flexible sleeping arrangements.brbrThe first floor is self-contained with a spacious bedroom which has a king bed and a twin trundle bed; a living room with a queen sleeper sofa; a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette and access to an outside patio. The laundry room and a pool table are also located on the first floor.brbrWe call the second floor, the gathering spot. A spacious family room opens to the kitchen and two sitting areas. Ideal for the whole family to gather or bound with friends! The Queen Bed is located in the solarium, which is next to the dining area. It has a closet, night stand, window coverings, and a privacy screen. This space is not enclosed like a traditional bedroom.brbrbrbrThe Private Entrance to our unit is located in the back of our unit/building via a private/covered porch (with seating). The private entrance leads into our back bedroom. We use this as our primary entrance/exit for our unit. You may use the front door of our unit and building to (only) exit as these doors require a key. We do not provide the key to these doors. Once you exit, you would need to re-enter via our private entrance. Please be mindful that these doors automatically lock once you've exited our unit/building.brbrbrbrWe are a pet friendly condo/building. You must disclose the breed of your pet and include your pet in your reservation. We allow pets under 50 lbs, 1 pet per stay. $150 pet fee. We kindly ask that you try to keep pets off our bedding/furniture. We do however, provide a pet-care kit, with blankets and towels to help keep our furniture and bedding clean. The recently updated kitchen has brand new cabinets, appliances, granite countertops, and built-in breakfast bar overlooking the living room. When you’re not busy enjoying downtown Cape May, relax in your recently refinished living room boasting a 65” TV with Hulu, Hulu Live, Netflix and a blazing fast mesh Wi-Fi.brbrThe Cottage has two bedrooms and one recently renovated bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and 42” TV while the middle bedroom has twin sized bunk beds. There are also new couches in the living room.
