Everything was great about the property, the closest of everything, the beach , restaurants. The only negative thing I have to say it’s there was a lot of dust inside of the apartment.

Highly recommend. The home is on a block full of historic colorful houses. While this one isn’t as colorful as the others outside it’s very nice on the inside and was actually one of the homes pointed out and discussed on the trolley tour of historic buildings! It was clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies, paper products, well stocked basics in kitchen. Keep in mind it’s a historic building. Be prepared to climb steep stairs. The shower stall is not very wide, don’t drop anything because bending down to pick it up will not be an option. But the water pressure is good. The walls on one side of the rooms come in about a foot at the top then slant to floor for tall people this makes navigating the 2nd bedroom a little tricky. There is no onsite parking but the spot in a reserved lot is just a few blocks away. The apt decor is light and cheery. There is a small balcony high enough to look over most other houses. One morning we saw the sunrise against the church that is over at the Washington square mall from the balcony. The location is great. Literally beach at one end of the block and Washington square outdoor shoppes at the other. Restaurants, liquor store and even grocery are all within a few blocks easy walking distance.

This was a great place to stay. Terrific location near beach and shops (even though many of these were closed because it was off-season); and the apartment is funky and very well equipped. A perfect place for a getaway.

The location is excellent. The exterior of the building is charming. The balcony is also a plus but that’s really where the charm ends for unit 7 in this building. The unit is in major need of a face lift/renovation. Cracked paint and plaster. Stained carpets. Just very dingy. Years of caked on paint. Nick nacks covering every surface in an already cramped space - just feels very cluttered. Not very relaxing. The second bedroom is very very small. There is barely room for the bed which is just a box spring and mattress on the floor. There won’t be any room for your things in this room. Wouldn’t stay in this space again.

Perfect location right in the middle of shopping, dining and the beach. The place was clean and well furnished with clear instructions for check in and check out. Three flights of stairs was a bit much but doable. Off-site parking was about an 8 minute walk but luckily the weather was good so it wasn’t too much of a bother.

Absolutely great apartment on third floor. We got our exercise lol. Perfect location to Washington St. Mall area. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Even though we were here during the Nor’Easter, we were able to do activities we wanted and the area did not flood. The hosts were excellent and responded to any question we had. I would recommend this beautiful Victorian for your stay.

Checkin was smooth. Property was easily walkable to beach and several restaurants. Parking was not close, but walkable and understand. Was a good fit for 3 adults. 6 adults maybe a lil tight..

Great location in the historic district. Was happy with accommodations , beach chairs would have been beneficial since the offsite parking was 1/3 mile away on Bank Street & there were no vendors to rent chairs on the beach. Everything else about the unit we loved.

Thoughtfully equipped apartment in a huge old house less than 2 blocks from the beach. A/C worked well. Lots of convenient hooks and useful notes from the owners. Loved the small porch and view over the rooftops. The stairs were challenging but sturdy, we used the outdoor stairs almost exclusively. New mattresses would be appreciated. So many shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes’ walk. Very good communication with the owners.

Came for MDW and loved every bit of it. The apartment is exactly as described and very cozy and quaint. Very clean!! The location is super good in the heart of everything and one can get to the beach in less than five minutes or to top restaurants in less than five minutes. The neighborhood is awesome - prime location!! Would highly recommend and stay here again if we come back down to Cape May! Check in was super easy and having parking at Bank St which is no more than five minutes walking distance was super good! The hosts are very nice and accommodating! Importantly, the place is super quiet and super safe! Beautiful sunrises and wonderful sunsets!

Pulled into parking space across the street. The sign said temporary no parking until 4/15. Also, permit required. No problem since it was the 19th and I had a permit. The policewoman kindly explained it was the wrong permit. Oh well, had a great time never the less. Awesome location, lots of exercise. Thanks Mike and Fen!

For my husband, our 18 yr-old daughter with special needs, and me, the place was nice; efforts have been made to meet all needs. We could not find any pans for the oven however, and a blanket or two for lounging on the comfy sofas during a winter stay would have been nice.

Great location. Overall condition is old, cluttered and crowded. No closets, second bedroom hardly big enough for mattress and boxspring on the floor, not comfortable. We were two adults and barely had room for our things.Overwhelming potpourri smell made us sneeze and cough. Amount of rent seems high for this but location was great and we weren’t there long and stayed busy.

This was the perfect stay for the vacation we needed. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Every morning we cooked breakfast and drank coffee on the patio. Every evening we enjoyed games and streaming services in the living room. If we return to Cape May, we will check the availability for #7 first.
