Inside the kitchen is everything needed to prepare meals including dishware, stemware, flatware, pots, pans, gas range, and oven. The utility room off the kitchen, just past the rear access door, features a full stacked washer and dryer, as well as the first floor lavatory. One of the most attractive features of this property is the fenced in rear yard with plenty of space to entertain company and let the pooches play. There is also a built-in leash-stake for the overly ambitious pups. Back inside the second floor of the home, the remaining three bedrooms will be immediately at the top of the landing.
