The upside down layout is perfect for entertaining, with a spacious and vaulted kitchen, living room, and dining room with access to a power awning elevated deck. This great room area is bright and open with grand window views in multiple directions. The kitchen features granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a large center island. The living room has plenty of seating for the entire family, features a flat screen TV above a custom built-in fireplace, and offers slider door access to a large front deck that is the perfect place to watch the sun fall. In the center rear of the second floor is a hand painted beach scene powder room and a rear large master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The first floor has three spacious bedrooms; one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a full size bed. The upside down style floor plan is accented by a Large Great Room with a Cathedral Ceiling and Stone Fireplace! The 1st floor has a Family Room, 2 Bedrooms(Queen Beds) 1.5 baths, laundry room and outside sitting area under the covered porch. The 2nd Floor, 2 Bedrooms (Queen Beds) Large Great Room, Dining area, a Very Spacious, and Well Equipped Kitchen with Granite Island that seats 6 and 2 full baths. 3rd Floor Master Suite, with King Bed, Full Bath and Private Deck offering great OCEAN VIEWS! You ll enjoy sitting on the deck having coffee or cocktails while the breeze ripples over the illuminated American Flag and you watch the waves meet the shore. Take a refreshing dip in the heated pool or relax in the separate built in Spa. You will also appreciate the off street parking for up to 2 cars and ample street parking. Tenant MUST sign pool addendum in owner s file. all the cable boxes to the newest Comcast X1 platform, along with their newest modem. We upgraded our service to what�s called the �Super Double� play level of service, which includes all the channels you would normally expect, plus a good amount of �premium� channels that we did not have before. Also it brings the modem speed up to 4x faster than what we had at the house previously. brOur Vendor, Sound Advice also has install a system in the house to boost and expand the WI-FI range for internet that would comfortable cover all the outer area of the pool and deck areas. I think the tenants would be real happy with this upgrade, as to internet connectivity and reliability. brI have also changed out the older Sharp TV�s in the Bedrooms to newer 43� Sony High Definition TV�s, and upgrade the Comcast DTA boxes to high definition. So, it should be quite a difference as to the TV experience in the bedrooms, especially for repeating tenants. brWe also upgraded �All� the bathroom toilets in the house to Koehler �comfort height� toilets in a nice matching color with soft close seats, and we installed access handles in the tub/shower areas for guest who may need assistant getting in and out of the Tub / Shower areas. This was a recommendation from a prior tenant that we were happy to put in place. brAt the end of the prior season, we also put in brand a new GE Washer and Dryer Appliances. brWe also added to 2 New comfortable Chat / Reading area chairs in the great room to replace the older chairs that were damaged last season. brSo my goal was to make things bit more comfortable for tenants, with bathroom improvements, washing and drying appliances, upgraded entertainment hardware, Newer HD TV�s in the bedrooms, significantly better internet performance / range and upgraded Comcast cable TV service.
