Avalon NJ New Upside Down, Near Town & Beach with Stone Spa/Pool!

This was a beautiful property. Eric and his family have thought of everything you and your family could need for a summer vacation. The house was spotless clean and perfectly located! The hot tub was very relaxing and the plunge pool was nice. If you cannot relax and enjoy yourself here, there is something wrong. You have all the comforrs of home---and you're at the beach! This beach home was exceptionally beautiful with its unique and practical floor plan. Perfect for a family travelling with grandparents who can take the suite on the second level with parents on the lower level suite and children on the lower level bedrooms.Pool was wonderful with a lovely design that included a hot tub. The outdoor shower was great for the children to rinse off before entering the house after a beach day. TVs in every room were an added bonus. Porch and upper balcony were calming spots for morning coffee and reading. Best location ever!!!! This was our first experience renting a home for our vacation in Avalon rather than a hotel and we couldn't be happier with our choice. You know it's special when your 6 year old grandchild says, This is my dream home! And, mine too!

We had a great stay at this VRBO! The house was very clean, and the property manager responded to my messages quickly and was very helpful. Everything looked even nicer in person than in the photos. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay again.

Great property! Close to good restaurants and 2 blocks to the shore. Host was very communicative and helped promptly fix an issue with the HVAC. Kitchen is fully stocked, beds are comfortable, pool area is beautiful and the home was well maintained and spotless. Would definitely return!

The house worked perfectly for our family. It was in an exceptionally convocation, an easy walk to the beach and close the stores, restaurants and gyms. The puzzle board was a great added bonus.

Eric went above and beyond to make sure any issues were addressed immediately. Property was well appointed and comfortable. Great location.

I truly cannot express how much we loved this property-- my husband and I went with my parents and my 2 kids and everyone had enough space and then some. The pool was a DREAM-- the location is PERFECTION-- we cannot wait to visit again next summer. If you are looking to vaca in Avalon, this is your spot. Trust me.
