Stayed May 22, 2026Ashley is a great host. Very responsive. The apartment has a great location and is walkable to many shops and restaurants. Nicely decorated and very clean. It can be a little loud on holiday weekends because of the bars and traffic. The beach on 21st St was closed (Memorial Day Weekend 2026) until they pull in tons of sand and fix the erosion from the winter. We highly recommend this apartment and will stay again.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Communication feedback was quick and helpful. Residence was clean. Ashley provided beach equipment for our stay. A local service set up the beach chairs and cabana umbrella each day and returned them in the late afternoon. We were very pleased with the accommodations of this condo. Located above the best sticky bun store in Avalon.

Stayed Jun 25, 2025This condo is located in a very centralized location. You are very close to all the shops, restaurants and bars. The walk to the beach is about 4 blocks. The interior designer did an excellent job decorating this condo. Great beach vibes with a fresh new look. Not much of a bay view. The host is very responsive.
