The first level offers two bedrooms, one a with a queen bed and the other with a full and a twin bed. The first floor also has a full bath with tub and shower. The bedrooms are equipped with tv's and Roku's. There is a small back yard with chairs. Security/wildlife camera outside the front and back door. Upper level is a large open space with a post and beam vaulted ceiling and 16-foot sliding doors that offer seasonal winter views of Attitash and Bear Peak. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with an island and bar stool seating as well at a 6-person dining table, a leather couch with double recliners positioned in front of a 60 tv with a Roku Stick for streaming and a front and back deck to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The open-concept living area on the main floor features a high definition television, fully updated kitchen and a dining area that seats eight. Our homes occupancy is for 9 adults and 2 children (bunk beds) and can sleep 2 family's comfortably.brbrOff a loft style hallway, the upstairs level has a 1 queen bedroom and second bedroom with a full and twin child-sized bunkbeds, that sleeps 1 adult and 2 children, connected by a walk through bathroom. The main floor bedroom offers a queen bed. In the winter, you are located at the base of Attitash / Bear Peak Resort. Our home is a 5-minute walk to Bear Peak base lodge and lifts. You can walk to Bear Peak and ski over to Attitash or take the shuttle over as well. Other local ski resorts including Wildcat, Black Mountain, Cranmore and Bretton Woods are only 20 minutes away. Spring and summer offer endless opportunities for fun, some only steps away! There are many summer attractions here in the Mount Washington Valley such as beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails, local swimming in the Saco River or Echo Lake, local galleries in Jackson and endless shopping in North Conway Village and the Settler’s Green Outlets. Other popular attractions only minutes away including Storyland, Conway Scenic Railway, Cathedral Ledge, Diana’s Bath and a short drive to the Mount Washington Cog Railway, Observatory, and Auto Road. We have a very private and family friendly end unit with every window facing nothing but the forest. From every bedroom you can fall asleep to the sounds of the lovely babbling brook. It's a 2400 sq. foot home with 2 bedrooms in the walkout basement and a living room with a sleeper sofa. On the first floor is the entrance, kitchen, large living room, with a TV and DVD player, the master bedroom and en suite and a powder room by the front entrance. In the loft there is a bedroom with a queen bed and another small gathering area with a sleeper sofa. There is also a gas grill for those gorgeous summer cookouts and free Wi-Fi. We also have a membership to the Attitash Sports Club which includes indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, an arcade and a small gym. (It does not include any skiing discounts.) Treetops is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle and it's our little slice of heaven.

We have a 3 bedrooms home that sleeps 8 comfortably but depending on the group could accommodate 10 (6 adults, 4 kids). We built our home with space for everyone in mind. Although you are on vacation together, sometimes you need to be able to have space. We put a TV in each bedroom and both family rooms. Wifi and AC add additional comforts. The main floor is an open living area with the kitchen, living room and dining room all together. Between the kitchen and the gas grill on the deck, you will be well equipped to make the best of meals. A 65 in TV and gas fireplace make this a great room for everyone to be in. Don't want the TV on Send them to the lower level!brbrThe first floor master bedroom has a king size bed and master bath with a custom shower that feels like you are standing in the river. The lower level includes two bedrooms, a family room and laundry room. The second bedroom has a queen size bed while the third bedroom is a bunk room for the kids. The bunk room has two twin over full bunk beds. The kids will love making a secret hideout in the large walk-in closet. All of the mattresses are memory foam and very comfortable. The lower level family room has two couches, one is a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. A 60 in TV, DVD player, small movie library and games. We also have a pack and play crib and queen Aerobed available.brbrWe know you will love our home as much as we do!
