It has been modernized for comfort while staying true to its roots. You’ll find a modern kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. For the duration of your stay, you'll need to purchase any additional supplies you require.br~Do not disrespect neighbors.br~Please follow check-in and check-out instructions.br~Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.br~Do not remove makeup with white towels in the unit. There are dark towels in the bathroom cabinet under the sink for this.br~Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. Doing so will result to a $500 fine)br~Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.br~No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below).br~No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.br~Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and we do not allow visitors. Any overnight guests not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below).br~No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm.br~All Guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.br~All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure.br~We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. Dogs allowed. You MUST pick up after your pet. Disposable bags are provided on the back deck and must be discarded in the exterior trash on the side of the house. br★ Pet cannot mark indoors.br★ Pet cannot be washed or showered in tubs or sinks.br★ Pets cannot be left unattended. brbr★ ★ PET FEES ★ ★br★FEES: Pet fee is $25 per pet/per night.br★FEES: Unauthorized Pets will result in an additional $250 charge per pet on top of the pet fee.br★FEES: Pet urinating inside will result in a $100 floor disinfecting charge.br★FEES: Pet showered in tubs or sinks will result in a $200 charge.br★FEES: Pet hairs found on sheets or furniture will result in a $60 charge.br★FEES: Any evidence of flea or tick infestation will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.brbr★★Early check-in/Late checkout maybe available for an extra cost. brbr★ In the event that this account is referred to a collection agency, guests agree to pay any collection fees incurred by (OwlStays Services LLC or OwlStays LLC) in addition but not limited to any attorneys fees or costs of collections.
