Perfect outside space offering 2 decks, a lakeside grass yard with minimal steps to the dock which is the complete setup to enjoy your time in the lake. The lower entry level features the living room, dining room, the fully stocked kitchen (with whole house water filter system), plus 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each and a full bathroom. The upper level offers two more bedrooms one with a king bed and queen sofa sleeper plus the kid's room with a pyramid bunk bed (twin over double) with a trundle bed and a queen bed. You can sleep 12 people in beds and there is plenty of space in the living room or kid's room for an air mattress if you want to bring one. All bedrooms, the living room and the dock are all equipped with WiFi and flat screen TVs. The lakeside grass yard offers the opportunity to enjoy outside activities including a game of Corn Hole, bags which are supplied at the house. The dock offers plenty of space to spread out with a covered sitting area and an open air swim deck with a diving platform and a Wet Steps ladder. The owner keeps their boat and a PWC in the slips but you are welcome to tie up to the side of the dock. This house is located in Osage Beach close to many lake area attractions including Margaritaville, the Oaks Golf Course, Red Head Yacht Club, Big Surf Waterpark just to mention a few. The other bedroom on this level has a full-size bed with twin bunk beds. Walk down the flight of stairs to the lower level which walks out to the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked and has newer stainless steel appliances. The 3rd bedroom is on this level with a queen bed and attached bathroom (that also opens to the kitchen). There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms. brbrOn the deck we have 2 different tables plus a couple of comfortable outdoor chairs to enjoy the breathtaking views on Racetrack Cove. There are only a few steps down to the dock which has 2 slips available for your use (31 and 33 feet). We also have a lily pad, picnic table, and loungers available for your use.brbrWe know that pets are an integral part of many guests' lives so we make it easy to enjoy your vacation by allowing you to bring well-behaved pets without charging any extra fees. All we ask is that you ensure they are kenneled if you are leaving the property without them and that they are fully potty trained. We are pet lovers and enjoy traveling with our pets so it's important to us that you are able to do the same.brbrThis property is a relatively new listing but we have 2 other established VRBO properties at the Lake of the Ozarks so I am an experienced host and I strive to provide an enjoyable stay for all guests. I live in the area and keep my phone on 24/7 to be available if there are any issues during your stay. brbrThe kitchen has quality cups, plates, utensils, knives, wine glasses, pots/pans, toaster, coffee pot, blender, cutting boards, measuring cups, measuring spoons, pizza cutter, ice cream scoop, wine opener, storage containers, etc. brbrThe bedrooms have comfortable linens and the bathrooms have nice towels. We don't put out anything we wouldn't want to use ourselves. brbrPlease note, there is plenty of parking at our house but there are a considerable number of steps from the parking area to the front door (42 well-constructed concrete steps with a landing halfway down). I have added a gravel driveway down to the house suitable for parking up to two 4WD vehicles.
