We are within minutes of plenty of shopping with many restaurants nearby. We are also just five minutes from the strip. Enjoy the beautiful lake view while swimming in the lake, relaxing on our new large dock, or relaxing on the large lower-level patio or upper screened-in porch. Two living spaces in this home with a fully equipped kitchen to include kitchen staples. The kitchen seats twelve. The steps to the lower level are a little steep, but very manageable. There are also steps on the outside of the home. There is a bar area in the lower level with a full-size refrigerator to make it easy to store drinks and food while enjoying the large outdoor space with many chairs and several tables for dining outdoors or relaxing. This lake home has a propane BBQ grill that you are welcome to use, but PLEASE clean it after you are finished. There is a propane firepit for relaxing and a wood-burning firepit for roasting hotdogs and making S'mores. Hot dog and marshmallow roasting sticks are provided. There are two upper-level bedrooms with a queen bed each and a lower-level bunk room with eight curtained beds for privacy.
