Stayed Jul 28, 2025There was nothing major, but just small inconveniences that were a little irritating. It’s a house that could easily sleep a dozen people and it only had 3 chairs at the large kitchen table so we had to use our cooler as a bench; the water pressure in the kitchen sink was pathetic; there were ants in the home; there was food left over from other patrons that had stayed there, and that was attracting the ants; there were areas that could’ve been cleaner like for example the refrigerator was dirty and I had to clean it before we could put our items in there; the little cove they are in is pretty congested; they had kitchen items we could use, but they were pretty rough. I contacted the owner on a couple of items and he apologize and said that he probably should get down there and check on some things.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025Overall everything was good. The driveway is very steep to get down to the house, but manageable. The back deck is nice for morning coffee and relaxing.

Stayed Jul 3, 2023House was nice and clean, not may items for cooking big meals but we survived. The driveway was very steep but we made it work. The steps to the dock were steep as well. Also all trash has to be taken with you, I do not recall seeing that in the listing. Overall a good week just letting others know the things I did not.

Stayed Jul 11, 2022The property was just as described. Plenty of room for our family. Nice home, very clean. Enjoyed the coffee bar. Great outdoor space. Enjoyed grilling on the deck in the evenings and having coffee on the deck in the morning. Spent time enjoying the dock and swimming. We did bring our boat and tied up to the side of the dock and had no problems. There is a marina close by that we were able to use to launch our boat. The only thing that you may want to consider adding to your property description is that the driveway is very steep. We didn't have any issues but just a head's up. We enjoyed our time and the week went too fast!
