The Indian Neck area is very private --few houses on much land. brbrThe property is waterfront to Bourne Cove, a salt water bay with oysters, clams and fish. There is a private dock there for swimming and launching non-motorized boats. A leisurely ten-minute stroll along a narrow country lane brings one to the beach on Buzzard's Bay. Tenants have access to the private beach there. brbrWindsurfing, canoeing, sailing, swimming, kayaking and tennis are popular ways to spend the days. Both beaches slope gently into the water and are ideal for babies and old people alike. The water in Buzzards Bay is pleasantly warm for swimming and there is no dangerous surf or undertow.brbrPlease note: the house has four full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a shower. The other three have the original claw foot tubs with shower hose attachments.
