Stayed Jul 4, 2024The place was nice and cozy. Just a block from the beach. The only thing I would recommend is actual curtains be placed in the bedrooms. In the one bedroom there are only sheers one the window above the bed therefore it woke me up at sunrise every day which is not ideal when on vacation. Also know that the stairs to get to the bedrooms are very steep & narrow. Other than that the place was great and a good location to the beach.

Stayed Oct 16, 2023We spent five nights at this sweet cottage in October 2023. Throughout our planning and during our stay, the owner (Nicole) was very easy to communicate with and she was very responsive to answer questions. The property was exactly as described. It was so sweet and cozy. It was well-appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Nicole had thought of everything! We usually had breakfast and dinner at the cottage, so spent a fair amount of time there. It was so peaceful and quiet. We loved the town of Onset and followed some of the recommendations Nicole provided in welcome binder for things to do and see in the area. The cottage had stairs with two bedrooms upstairs. The stairs were somewhat narrow and steep, so you’ll want to be careful. I enjoyed that one of the bedrooms had an attached dressing room. For two college friends (50+) reconnecting and wanting to enjoy Cape Cod, Nantucket, Rhode Island, and interior Massachusetts, the cottage was absolutely perfect! The location made all our day trips easy and convenient. It was a very lovely home base for our stay.

Stayed Aug 6, 2022Communication with Nicole was easy and pleasant. Cottage was clean and cared for. Shared outdoor shower is wonderful. Luckily we had very nice renters at the house infront. If they are rowdy are Rude it might be hard to share the same driveway as the front porch is right by they’re side door. Overall fun time on Onset!!
