Surrounded by conservation land, this historic property was once a carriage house dating back to the 1800's. It is adjacent to an organic farm, and flanked by 20 acres of protected woodland. Floral gardens and fruit trees are plentiful. The interior has wood floors, large windows, skylights, and stainless steel kitchen appliances. Decorated with well appointed furnishings and unique antique pieces throughout. Second floor balcony off the master bedroom. Each of the bedrooms have a queen size bed. Brick patio with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. It has an extra large bathroom with a washer/dryer, a huge lofted master bedroom with balcony. A sunny living/dining room with french doors that open onto a private yard with patio and outdoor furniture. This home is minutes to beaches and conservation trails. You can canoe or kayak down Pamet River, or drive 15 minutes to Provincetown for exceptional shopping, restaurants, entertainment and beaches. This home has wifi, so bring your devices if you need to. The cottage rents Sunday to Sunday in season, June through September. The rest of the year has a four day minimum.

The wrap around porch has a gas grill and outdoor table set to enjoy..There is a fire pit as well. We are minutes away from both Bay and Ocean beaches. The house has cathedral ceilings throughout and the middle bedroom is fully enclosed. The other two are partially open near ceiling.
