Dog-friendly, hilltop home near the beach with hot tub, firepit & gorgeous porch

House was super cute and location was perfect for us. Remote enough to be quiet and relaxing but close to the National Seashore and Provincetown.

Stayed a week in September with husband, parents and dog. The house is at the top of a hill, making for beautiful views from the hammock. We all (the dog especially) loved how serene it felt. We saw no one and heard almost no one, unless you count the coyotes at night. Longnook Beach, with its steep and dramatic dunes, is less than a 3 minute drive away, but we also enjoyed making an adventure out of hiking to it using trails from the backyard.The house is functional, and the owners made good choices about what to splurge on - mattress in primary bedroom, big dining table, and stove on porch! We spent a lot of time reading on the porch in front of the fire. It was heavenly!We were really very comfortable. I wish we never had to leave.Check-in was seamless and the Vacasa staff were helpful and understanding. We reported minor issue but asked that they wait until we left to address it so our dog wouldn’t be disturbed. We all very much hope to stay here again, and there are a few things that could be improved. The basement smells strongly of mothballs and the smell permeated the downstairs if we opened the door. The carpet tiles are showing wear and have an aroma; washable rugs like Ruggable might be more suitable. Finally, some of the kitchen surfaces had not been thoroughly cleaned when we arrived.

Everyone in the area is so polite and friendly. The house is beautiful and located so close to P town. The hot tub and out door area was great to socialize in. The house was cozy and had so many extras . Definitely well worth the stay . I wanted to extend the stay it was so nice but it books fast .

We had a great time staying at 12 Trees. The location is excellent for the perfect beach vacation. The house is very comfortable. It is very quiet neighborhood in a peaceful setting. We enjoyed relaxing under the pines and in the hottub. We enjoyed having family meals using the grill. The kitchen ware, (coffee maker, etc) could use an update, but other than that it was perfect.

Loved the home, the backyard, of course, the jacuzzi! Very comfortable overall. We were attending a family reunion and it was convenient and close to all the places we traveled but also just enough off the beaten path!

Property was in a private setting with lovely landscaping. There was plenty of outdoor seating, the hot tub was clean and well-maintained, and both bathrooms are updated. Large kitchen table for board games, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was spacious.

This home is just wonderful. Beautifully secluded and surrounded by woods. The house is welcoming - everything you need is there. Beautiful hot tub outside and this kind of magical enclosed post. The house is within minutes of hiking on both the ocean and bay side. We hiked every day and headed into Provincetown for spring strolling. Couldn’t have been lovelier. Very much hoping to return soon.

Amazing property and location. Very quiet neighborhood with amazing night sky view. Hot tub was perfect and the property manager was very responsive. We had an issue with the jacuzzi and it was fixed the next day.

Located in a very private enclave close to Rt. 6., it was quiet and serene but only a short drive to beaches and Provincetown. It rained one whole day we were there, and we were perfectly happy to birdwatch through the large windows and relax. Clean, well-appointed, comfortable. No surprises upon arrival, and no onerous list of demands before checkout!

Fantastic property! We loved the quiet and privacy, as well as the view, at this lovely home. Very clean but also dog friendly, it was exactly what we hoped to experience for our end-of-college year trip away with our son and our dog. The sunroom is lovely, and the hammock out back is not to be missed. Do bring bug and tick protection, the critters are plentiful this year. Great walks available around the house, and equidistant from Wellfleet and PTown made this easy peasy. Morning beach time with the dog was amazing. Dog still hasn’t forgiven us for coming home to the city. ?
