A 15 minute walk to the beach and an 8 minute walk to Fells Pond, a tranquil sand bottom pond that's perfect for kids. brbrThe whole family can fit! There are 2 Full bedrooms on the 2nd floor, a Queen master suite with walk in closet and master bathroom on the 1st floor and a bunk room with sleeping for 6 in the finished basement. There is a full bathroom on the 2nd floor and a half bath off of the kitchen on the 1st floor. The master bath has a huge luxury shower that features a rain shower head and body jets. The main floor has a large living room with a comfy sectional and a 65-inch smart TV over the gas fireplace. The living room opens to the dining space, where there is a dining table for 6. There are also 3 dining stools at the kitchen peninsula. The kitchen has a gas stove, dish washer and all the essential kitchen appliances and tools. Outside there is a very large and very private deck with outdoor seating and a grill. Home also has central air, 2 sky lights, washer/dryer, wireless internet and parking for 3 vehicles. brbrOur family rented this property for 5 years and loved it so much that we purchased it!
