The home was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We were in town visiting family as a family member passed away, and the home provided us with a warm space to be together and support each other. We were really looking for something with a comfortable family room and kitchen space and this was exquisite. We loved going for walks and runs around the neighborhood - the trail leading over the bridge to the beach was just the medicine we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we hope to be back.

I would only add that having to clean and fold all towels before a 9:30am checkout time was difficult. We had a few towels still in dryer

This is our second time staying in this gorgeous home. As it was last year, this place is clean, well-stocked with every appliance and amenity one could want, and communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely book again!

This is our family’s 4th time staying at this amazing property! This place is so well thought out, so spacious, yet charming and cozy. As you walk in the door, you’re immediately welcomed by a very beautiful home that’s simply immaculate. The layout of this property is perfection. From the very first time we stayed at this particular home, we knew it was the beginning of a family tradition to come to beautiful Mashpee every year, and stay at this wonderful property. The home is elegant and very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could ever want. My husband would put on soothing jazz music as I would prepare a nice dinner for us in the inviting kitchen, I truly enjoyed cooking in this home. The bedrooms are very well appointed, everyone had more than enough space to be very comfortable. The outside of the property is a parallel dream to the inside of the home, equally amazing. A peaceful area where a beautiful pool awaits, as well as a hot tub, and a nice gathering area around the fire pit. In the evenings, my family and I, would walk the beautiful neighborhood as well as to the beach, which is just minutes away. My family and I will always come back to Mashpee. We have decided to only stay at Paul and Katie’s properties, as they are very particularly maintained and just truly so so well cared for. My honest takeaway is book this place, you will not regret it, and make sure you book ahead as it gets booked extremely fast ! -Olga & Eddie

Paul & Katie , Truly nothing compares to your properties! My husband and I made the mistake of booking your wonderful property a bit late, as it gets booked very fast, and for very obvious reasons . We therefore, had to book another place for the weekend, in between our two week stay at Menemsha. We ended up cancelling the other property we initially booked because it was absolutely not as advertised, we booked yet another place, the nicest one we could find, and still nothing compared to your property. Next time we will absolutely book way in advance, and for 3 weeks minimum!!! You and Katie are doing a FANTASTIC job, your property is better in person than listed and it’s listed beautifully! We feel very blessed to have found your incredible place in Mashpee, and will not stay anywhere else when in town! Thank you for providing such an incredible experience for our family! Eddie & Olga

We had a wonderful stay in Poppy Beach! The house had everything we could ask for, and the little pool cabana was a hit with the kids! Pool was glorious and the perfect temperature, and the beach was never crowded. Rooms were spacious with plenty of room to spread out. Amazing vacation!

Amazing place and a wonderful place to create memories with our family! We had a wedding here this week and this made a perfect setting for the groom’s family! Paul & Katie were very responsive and even stopped by to go over one of our questions! Thanks again for helping make one of the most important times of our lives even more memorable!! This is our third year coming here. Such a perfect property with a gorgeous new house, still in great condition. Very short walk to the beach. Perfect for our 2 and 4 years olds. We hope to come back next year!

I recommend this property for anyone traveling to Cape Cod with a family. The house is stunning and was one of the highlights of our trip and for our kids (8, 12, 18). Paul and Katie were super easy to work with and great people. If you want a 5 star experience in Cape Cod, look no further!!

Most amazing backyard and grounds, we loved the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Private quiet and beautiful. Gorgeous interior. A short walk to beach, stores, and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Our family recently stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and loved every minute. The house location was perfect for our family. The house felt brand new and one couldn't ask for a better location with its proximity to the beach and the market. We will definitely be returning again.

This was the first time visiting the Cape with a group of girlfriends. We really enjoyed the house and loved the amenities. The pool was closed during our time, but we enjoyed the hot tub. The house was clean and the area was very quiet. Would stay here again!

Spacious, beautifully-furnished, light-filled home on the Cape, a short 3 minute walk from the beach in a very safe community. Well-stocked kitchen. Appliances/amenities all appear to be brand new. A lovely location for a family retreat. We stayed over Thanksgiving, so cannot speak to the pool/jacuzzi/fire pit since it was too cold to be outside. Prompt, helpful communication with Paul (especially when our son accidentally left his laptop behind!) Would love to stay again sometime. Minor suggestions include pot-holders for kitchen and recycling cans/system.

We attended a wedding Friday night. The location of the house was within 1 mile. Great location. The property was beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with our stay.

We had an amazing trip to Paul's property in Poppy. House is incredible, and Paul is a very responsive host. Wish we came earlier in the year to use the pool, but the hot tub (and overall outdoor space) was excellent. Design of the house fit our family well (2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 grandparents). Amenities were superb and beds were some of the best we've slept in for a rental property. Would definitely come again.

We have traveled extensively, but have never returned to the same rental by owner because there are so many unique places in the country to visit. We enjoyed our stay so much, however, that we have already decided to return to this home next year. The house is beautiful, very well-appointed, and has and a kitchen stocked with every amenity a person might need need. We especially loved the heated pool, the hot tub, and the gas fireplace in the living room. Having a bedroom and two rest rooms on the first floor was particularly helpful with elderly parents. We took several short walks to the pond to see the birds, turtles, and ducks, and spent some lovely time at the beach. Our stay could not have been any nicer.

We enjoyed this clean,well appointed home. This was our second year visiting Popponessett after being away 50 years and, as always, we loved our stay.

My family and I just got back from a great week on the Cape. The house was perfect for the 5 of us and conveniently located near the marketplace and beach. The kids fished in Deans pond and enjoyed the pool when they got tired of the beach. The house was very clean, well equipped and made for a comfortable stay. Would recommend it to anyone interested!

We had a fantastic family vacation in this incredible home. The location is ideal for enjoying everything Popponesset has to offer. The amenities are all first class and in impeccable condition.
