On the Beach!!! Your back stairs end in the sand. brbrBrant Rock, on the Green Harbor Line. This well maintained, turnkey home features 1 Master bedroom (King), 1 Guest bedroom (Queen), a Bunk-bed Room (4 Twins), and a small kid's loft, as well as a kitchen/living room, a sitting room, and two full bathrooms.brThe top floor has a rear walk out that goes directly down only 8 porch steps into the sand on the beach. brGreat for kids. brSet on a quiet beach that changes daily with the tide. Some days have all sand, some days show thousands of pebbles and rocks, and some draw calm waters or big waves. (...which means occasionally the sandy beach is covered in seaweed). brbrThis private cove is yours, however you can always just walk about 2 minutes further up the beach to the public beach with larger crowds.brbrThe house is convenient to Green Harbor Marina, golf, the Fair Grounds, restaurants, shopping & more!brAll renters will receive a welcome packet with information on local food and night life, as well as info on the house (which is updated with all smart TV's, available chargers, Roomba's, and all the technology of a modern home).brThis house sits just a short walk (or near instantaneous drive) to The Point restaurant, which is famous for it's seafood, outside roof deck, and bar open until 11pm nightly.brAnd of course Brant Rock center has plenty of dining, live bands, bars, :south shore bar pies, and other essentials (Haddad's, The Jetty, Venue II, etc).brbrWe require that all guests bring their own washables (e.g. pillows, linens, and towels).brWe do NOT provide laundry service.brBut if you are coming from far away and cannot bring your bedding and towels, we can provide it for a $100 fee (which is what we are charged extra by the cleaners to do all the washing). brbrAll noise is brought in by 10pm.brRentals will be ended for a violation of this rule.brbrAnd the only bad news about the house is that there IS ONLY ONE PARKING SPOT. So this is for a family, a couple, or a single. If you are looking for a house for your group, this house will not work. There is NO other parking options within a mile.brWe can arrange a 2nd spot if you let us know you need it though.

The home:br169 Ocean Street Marshfield Mass. Perfect 180 degree ocean view from Brant Rock High Road. Sunset picture was taken from across the street and is typical. House has remained largely unchanged since built over 100 years ago. Home has three bedrooms all with ocean views. Three can sleep in each of identical ocean side rooms - in queen bed and built in window twin size bed. Third bedroom has twin bed space for cot (supplied). Sun room with daybed can be used as a bedroom if desired. Large back yard and deck perfect for entertaining. Parking for six cars on the lot, which is crucial in this parking poor location. Entire first floor and backyard has a built in overhead sound system for the appropriate mood setting. The second floor offers three generous bedrooms including the master bedroom and second bedroom with attached decks to enjoy the salty ocean breeze and views. There is carpet throughout the second floor, a full bath, newly renovated with a beautiful tiled shower. An oversized paved patio overlooks the private, fenced in backyard. Enjoy beautiful evenings with family and friends gathered at the table or fire pit this summer. This home also offers central, and an outdoor hot shower. All of this just minutes to enjoy Harbor Park (with a sitting and picnic area and beautiful view of the harbor as well as walking trails), Peter Igo recreation area (with tennis courts, bocce, beach volleyball and other fun family activities), restaurants and more. Closest beach is Blue Fish Cove which is about a 5 minute walk. Fieldstone, Brant Rock, (where last year dozens of whales were seen hanging out just off the beach.l) Green Harbor and Sunrise Beaches are all a few minutes drive or bike ride away.
