Scenic views, walk to beach.

The property was as described...being very clean and comfortable. It was very well equipped especially the kitchen and Adam, the host, was over the top accommodating, especially when my dog caused some damage to door moldings. I would give him and his house 5 stars.

I have rented a lot of cottages but none as well equipped as this home. Plenty of towels and paper goods, lots of coffee and tea to choose from, and the host was very accommodating!

Great location

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and Humarock Beach. Nearby Rexhame Beach is sandier and allows dogs on leash any time of day. Took a nice walk through the woods down to a dock on the North River at the John Little Conservation Area, which is about a 5-mile drive from the house.The house was very clean and comfortable with nice firm beds. The owner Adam was very easy to communicate with and made for a pleasant stay.

What a lovely experience! Our stay in Marshfield was pleasant and comfortable from our first moments. Our host Adam went above and beyond to clearly communicate and welcome us in - even with a bottle of wine! The home was perfect size for a multigenerational family visit and was enjoyed by all ages 12 to 70. Humarock Beach is a darling community with many friendly faces and we had wonderful walks. We also easily reached Boston for a day of sightseeing.

My family and I had a great time at Adam’s place. Couldn’t ask for a better location or host. Would stay again.

Property is very cute and beachy but has all modern conveniences. Location is great- close to Humarock beach and restaurants but quick drive to a number of other shopping and dining options. Host was friendly and responsive and left us all the information we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is exceptional. We were able to stay here with our dogs. We came here for a celebration of life for a family member in Scituate. This home provided everything we needed. Thank you so much Maria

Family wedding

Stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. Any questions or requests were answered almost immediately. The property itself, clean, comfortable. Location close to the beach, scenic views and close to restaurants. I would recommend to anyone. I would definitely stay here again.

Adam was a great host and very quick with his responses. The hose was in a great location and very clean! 5 stars for sure!

The owners have thought of everything. The house had all the little items (and more) you don't realize you need when staying somewhere for a few days. The grocery store was near by so we were able to eat breakfast and dinner at the house because t he kitchen had everything to make a meal. The owner responded quickly when I had a question. I was worried about the comfort of the bed and pillows since I'm 6 months pregnant but the bed was super comfortable and the pillows were great. The Keurig in the kitchen was such a nice surprise since I love coffee and the kitchen had a teapot which was perfect because I also love herbal tea. I hope all my future VRBO rentals are as wonderful as this place.

My husband and 3 teenage sons were looking for a VRBO by the ocean before attending a Gaelic football tournament in Canton. This house was clean and fully stocked with all necessary supplies including beach chairs, towels, extra blankets, coffee pods, cooking utensils, spices/condiments, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, etc. We didn’t have bring anything but our clothes, sunscreen and a beach towel. The host, Adam, thought of everything! The house and location were perfect and exactly as described. We walked to the beach, donut shop, fish market, and icecream window. We ate at the Voyage Pub and the Bridgeway Inn and the food was delicious. We really loved the fresh seafood! We found out the area is nicknamed the Irish Riviera. The locals were very friendly and we fit right in. Our family felt very safe here and we let our teenage boys roam around independently to get icecream and donuts. Our stay was very relaxing and it was a great getaway from the usual daily grind. We plan on going back again!

Perfect home. Great to have 3 bedrooms, each with large beds. Kitchen has everything you need. 1 and a half bath worked well. Plenty of towels and hot water. A/C units and ceiling fans kept house cool. Plenty of parking. Good location.
