Heart of Falmouth Village and Close to Beach

This is just as pictured on the listing, although the outside is actually even better - a private and quiet oasis with tons of seating options and an easy back exit as a shortcut to the beach. The location is great - walking distance to everything downtown. Walked to the beach each am with my coffee! Very relaxing. Host allowed an early check in and the first night we enjoyed the complimentary prosecco! Nice touch. Only heads up - bathrooms (showers in particular) are quite small. Ok for us but a large person may struggle.

Highly recommend. Everything is exactly as represented. Plenty of parking, 5-minute walk or less to Main Street. 0.6 miles to the beach. The property owner provides everything possible to make your stay comfortable and fun, both inside and outside of the property. Large flat screen with steaming access, to dozens and dozens of games to play provided, to the much-appreciated, awesome coffee bar. Outside is a hot tub, fire pit, multiple outdoor seating options and locations, and even bikes in the garage. I can't say enough!

This was a great house! Perfect location, well stocked and lots of nice touches from the owners. We weren't in town long, and at the house long enough to sleep, but everyone agreed we would stay here again!

This is a very nice place in a quiet neighborhood and also very convenient to main street in Falmouth. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops or get take out and bring it back to the house, all without having to drive or worry about parking.The house is well equipped and very comfortable, and has a large private back yard set up for outside eating or relaxing.We would be happy to return for another visit.

Overall great experience. The house was cute, clean and close to everything in Falmouth. Communication was good and the house items were very accommodating.

Stayed for a long weekend. Located close to fun area with great shops and restaurants, but still a quiet neighborhood. Quick walk to the beach. Home and yard are beautiful. Beds were comfortable even with our bad backs. Loved the coffee bar! Would absolutely stay again!

Great setup for two families with young kids, and walkable location. We appreciated the flexibility with check-in/check-out too!

This was our second stay at the house. The house iscomfortable and generously equipped. The backyard looks great, but since we were there is late fall, we didn't take advantage of it. The beds are very comfortable as is the furniture. We love the location since it's an easy stroll into town and walk to the beach. The owners have always been responsive and helpful.

Loved the cottage, great location, perfect size for our family getaway.
