We are tucked away on a quiet street but those sounds will still happen on occasion. brPrice per night includes up to 4 guests. They are all located outside and run 24/7.brThere are 3 stairs to get into the building, followed by 30 total steps to get to the third floor where the studio is located. The exterior door and the door to access the studio have a keypad lock with a unique code shared upon booking.brWe are located in the city and there will be city sounds such as trash collection and emergency vehicles. We are tucked away on a quiet street but those sounds will still happen on occasion. brPrice per night includes up to 2 guests. We do have a couch in the living room that folds down to be a bed that sleeps one. If you want to add additional guests(1 max for a total of 3 people in the unit), it's $10 per guest/night.brbrbrHouse RulesbrbrGuests book with us for a clean, quiet and comfortable travel stay, not to hear other guests hosting a loud group, party or event.
