There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. Motorcycles are not recommended due to the gravel drive, but the driveway and yard are mostly flat. No parking on the grass.br- We recommend reading our Guest Rental Agreement entirely prior to booking. This will have to be signed prior to any Check-In Instructions being provided. Please reach out to us directly if you would like to view the Guest Rental Agreement before booking. br- Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule your stay. No refunds or date modifications within 14 days or less of your arrival. br- No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in our area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out. br- Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year’s, Valentine`s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
