The extensive stone work outside highlighted with a stone staircase and bridge in the yard welcome you into the cozy decor of S'more Fun giving it a mountain Ski Resort feel. Inside is loaded with features and amenities including a massive open kitchen and living room space with exposed timber framing, towering 2 level covered deck with a screened in porch with plush lounge seating, huge game room with a dedicated full wet bar! brThe main level master suite has a king bed, private master bath and study, and full pane glass doors open up to the deck. The second bedroom is wheelchair friendly with a queen bed, flat screen smart TV with fiber optic cable and in-suite full bath with shower seat and handle bar. The Open Kitchen is fully equipped with Refrigerator with automatic ice maker, oven range, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, both a standard 12-cup coffee maker and a Keurig. There is a dining area and large dining table with seating for all. The living room has a large flat screen smart TV with Cable TV mounted above the beautiful stone gas log fireplace. The living room is stocked with an assortment of board games to enjoy while lounging on the leather chairs and couch seating. Easy access in any vehicle and parking for all guests. You'll enjoy the private pond, panoramic views, hot tub, double custom slate shower, several decks, and space to spread out. Smart tv, fast high speed internet, propane grill, new linens, and a fully equipped kitchen make for a care free stay! Come disconnect, recharge, and make memories!brbrOther Things to Note:brAs your trip approaches we wanted to make you aware of some good to know info about our cabin as well as some house rules:brbr1. We have high speed internet!brbr2. Please do not flush anything but toilet paper we are on a septic and that can clog the system.brbr3. The hot tub should remain at aprox 105 degrees.brbr4. Make sure you bring towels for the hot tub! Bath towels are provided but not hot tub towels!brbr5. You can get firewood on your way to the cabin, there are several places to stop along the way, there is a coffee shop in what I would call a strip mall that has wood outside as well as the liquor store has some. There is also a Beer Barn that has some on the main road, it is on the way to The Rock House. I also think that right as you get off the highway the gas station does too. Sometimes there is left over wood but not always. There is also a house just past the cabin on the right that sometimes has some outside you can buy too.brbr6. We try to keep salt and pepper and other spices but they sometimes get used up and not replaced. brbr7. I would bring a blue tooth speaker to use to play music!brbr8. We know the pool table is a bit tight, we have provided a shorty stick for you to use when needed, please do not move the table.brbr9. The pond does have quite a bit of fish in it! We are a catch and release ONLY, if you want to fish please bring your own supplies. Our pond is private and for guests only and use it at your own risk.brbr10. Traditionally Netflix, HBO Max etc work best on the internet/tv's. Amazon Prime is known to use a lot more bandwidth just as a heads up! You will need your own log in's for any internet TV you wish to watch. The TV in the loft also has an antenna so you can get local sports etc.brbr11. This is our families home away from home, please do not move the furniture, some of the items in the cabin were custom made for us, please be respectful and do not move them or take them. If you have questions about the photography or the custom art please let us know we are happy to share where we got them done.brbr12. Toiletries not provided
