The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed with a beautiful lake view, while the 3rd bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunkbeds (one has a full bed on the bottom, and a trundle underneath). The main bedrooms have lake views and doors opening onto the deck. The fully-equipped kitchen contains counter top seating, a kitchenette and larger dining table and area, and stainless-steel appliances. Cozy, family-friendly, and has plenty of room to park your boat, trailer, or toys. 5-10 minutes from boat launches, the lake, biking/walking path, and Lake Barkley State Park (with a great beach). We are not too far from Dollar General, and about 20 minutes to town.brbrThis is one unit of a triplex. We are still renovating one of the other units, so you will probably see us around working to make the property even better for you!brbrThere is a coffee bar with coffee, creamer, sugar, etc. we know how important coffee is! We also have a leave a mug take a mug fun thing to do. You can take a coffee mug as a memory of your stay, but you MUST leave a coffee mug. And only the mugs, nothing else. brbrIt is a work in progress. We are constantly improving the inside and outside of our property to make it better for you.brbrThere is a $5 per night extra cleaning fee for stays over 5 days due to longer stays requiring a much longer and deeper clean. There is very limited cell service and AT&T works the best if you have it. We do have “high speed” Wi-Fi and cable to watch TV.brbrIf you are planning on bringing a boat or trailer please give us a heads up so that we can make sure to have a space designated for you.brbrWe are in the country, and there are the usual country bugs.
