3 bedroom/2 full bath lakefront home with gentle slope to private covered dock

The house was amazing :so peaceful and quiet. Everything was clean, well maintained and stocked. Our family enjoyed every minute. Wish we could have stayed longer

This is the fifth time we’ve stayed in this house and we absolutely love it! Everything is perfect and provided for you. The view from the sun room is amazing and the sunsets each night are also fantastic! Jeri is a fabulous host and response quickly with questions you may have during your stay.

Jeri, Your beautiful property was great for me and my brothers. The only concern was the picture in the listing. It shows yours and your neighbors house.I mistakenly placed some of my belongings on the neighbors porch. Another neighbor came over to tell us that was not the VRBO property. Everyone in the neighborhood were very nice.I would certainly recommend your place to my friends.

we had a very comfortable stay and we all enjoyed the views and the sun this past weekend. only thing thing i could think of that would have made it better would have been a couple more TVs since we had 4 kids with us and just the one tv in the leaving room was not enough. Other then this would definitely go back to this beautiful home for another weekend get away.

Clean and quiet place. Since I enjoy cooking, found adequate supplies to cook a variety of meals. The King bed on the upstairs floor was a little too soft for my liking. Not knocking it just saying it in case someone needs that type of feedback. Lake Views were nice and screened in porch was a great place to enjoy morning coffee and an end of day relaxation spot. Would definitely stay again if coming back to the area!!

The house was clean, in a pleasant neighborhood, and has nice lake access.

This property was great. Had everything we needed, plenty of room, very relaxing and friendly neighborhood. Screened in porch was very nice as well. Host was very quick to respond to any question we had.

Great property with dock to the lake for kayaking. Great hiking at LBL, which was abt a 35-45 min drive from cottage. The neighbors are SO friendly and welcoming and Jeri was a pleasure to work with.

The house was perfect and decorated so cute! The private boat slip was exactly what we wanted and the location on the lake was very convenient! We were on the water every day and enjoyed the screens porch every evening! We would highly recommend this lovely home!!

We had the best stay! The screened in porch was the best. Great, safe neighborhood! Everything was very clean. Host was super accommodating and easy to talk to on app. Highly recommend!

Check in was so easy. The host answered any messages when we had questions. House is right on lake Barkley. There were 6 adults and 4 kids in our group. We had plenty of room and the kids loved swimming in the lake. Will stay again.

This house is very clean and generally well equipped. The views are awesome and the deck was used often as my granddaughter's fishing spot. The host was very helpful when I had a question. The town of Cadiz is very small with no real attractions for children. I would have liked instructions on using the TV. Most of the pots and pans have a coating that was peeling off so I would suggest that those be replaced. Overall, a very good experience!

Best VRBO we have seen. Very clean, well equipped and plenty of space to spread out. Liked having access to the dock. Plenty of linens and water pressure for showers. We will definitely recommend to others

The proximity to the lake was awesome. Right in the back yard with a private dock. Everything was very clean and they had everything we needed. I would recommend to everyone!

We have stayed in this house before. It’s very comfortable. It is clean, has a great screened porch. A large dining table. We play cards most of time and table is perfect. Beds are comfy, Shower was good, air conditioning very good. Hosts are very responsive. We will likely return in the future.

5 grandkids (5 to 14 years old) spent 3 days tubing, skiing, and swimming

Clean, close to the lake. Easy walk to the dock.

Was a great place to stay , great fishing off the dock,caught a lot of catfish . Noticed water on the basement floor by the smaller bed . Looked like it was from the A/C over flow . We shut the A/C off . Yesterday after dinner . The gas grill burner isn’t in good shape . Wasn’t able to use it . .

We really appreciated our stay & it's very family friendly, a safe space & very clean. This is our 2nd stay & we wouls def return.

Me and my three kids (31-36) and my son’s wife. The four beds and two bathrooms were perfect. The living areas (kitchen, dining and living rooms were more than big enough. It was exactly what we needed.

The property was spotless, it was very cozy and comfortable. We know the area well we just wanted a home where family from out of town could come together with family here. The owner was super nice and the outside screened in porch was so serene and became the family gathering spot. I will definitely rent again and let all my friends know about this property.

This property is just as described. The home is comfortable and welcoming, easy to find and easy to access. It is very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The lake decor in the home is adorable! We stayed in the off-season, so the lake was quite low and we were not able to take advantage of the boat rentals or the kayaks, but we really enjoyed our stay anyway!

I brought my elderly mother and her friend to stay for a few days. I selected this property because it had two very easy to maneuver steps into the property and a walk-in shower to meet their needs. The property is well-appointed, clean, and very comfortable. The basement is super cozy with a king bed and recliners in the larger sleeping g area and a patio with a porch swing. The favorite feature, though, was the screened porch where we could watch the sunrise and sunset as well as lake traffic. We will be back!!

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend fishing together. Jeri's home is lovely, nautical decor throughout, so cute and well appointed. Plenty of kitchen utensils and such to enjoy family cooking and meals together. Great location and beautiful river setting. Would definitely come again for another fun stay. Extremely clean as well. The first thing you notice about this property is how clean it is. The furnishings and decor were classy and not over done. The only problem we had in the house was a can opener that was broken. The screened porch was awesome (a game table out there would be nice :) We spent every morning having our coffee outside enjoying the cool early breeze. The fire pit was a disappointment. It was in poor shape with the spark screen unusable. Overall it was a very comfortable house and we had a great stay.

This was our second trip to this home and it definitely will not be our last. Everything about the house and yard/lake makes this very inviting and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

The property was clean, very spacious, especially the walk out basement. Loved the screened in porch overlooking the lake. We were able to dock a boat for lunch. Thanks for sharing this home
