The master has a king bed and a nice little walk-in closet. There is a queen in the second bedroom. It is an end unit with no units overhead so it is pretty quiet. There is a W/D, dishwasher, 3 flat screen tv's, satellite Directv service, air conditioning, internet and an outdoor bar-b-que grill. Also has lots of nice amenities on the property, pool and hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball hoop, golf pitching green, and it is right on the lake! Walk out the door, straight across the beautiful green grass and go for a swim. Nice lake views from the master bedroom and main floor as well. After swimming, in the summer, hop on your bike and ride the bike path into town to shop the farmers markets or enjoy the shops and dining of downtown Sandpoint. It is only a five minute ride into the heart of downtown, approximately 1 mile.
