The house was beautiful and the location was great!

Amazing accomodation for a week at the lake in Sandpoint. Stayed August 2025 (also stayed here 1 year ago in 2024,) for 1 week and the perfect weather didn't hurt. There are not many rental properties available in Sandpoint that are actually on the lake. The home is maintained immaculately, bedrooms are super comfortable, and the master suite is large. We stayed with our teenage/ college 2 kids, but the house is designed to sleep comfortably several more people; the kids room has 3 extra bunk beds, and the secondary has a pul out Murphy bed. Additionally, the property is maximized for entertaining several guests, and the outdoor spacde is not neglected. Hope to return again soon!

This property is amazing! Very comfortable, the back patio and lake view are spectacular and having the boat lift available alleviated any stress we had when the weather was less than optimal for docking our boat. The kitchen is like a small kitchen store--if you can't find what you need, then it probably doesn't exist! Plus--the art! Every wall had something interesting to look at and consider. Some guests mentioned a drawback of the public pier being right next door, but it was never a problem during our stay--the users were respectful that our beach side was private and actually provided some entertainment for us during our stay.

We loved the views of the lake and all the natural light in this home. Check in was easy and the house was very clean. Our group is looking to return in the summer for another visit!

Incredible property with tons of amenities. I loved waking up in the mornings to watch the snow fall over the icy lake through the enormous downstairs windows. Great gathering space for our family reunion. I would absolutely stay again.

Our family of 8 decided to take a weekend away for my husbands birthday. We loved the house which is beautifully decorated and laid out. The saltwater hot tub was a big hit even in the 30 degree weather. Overall, a great rental in a beautiful location.

To start with, communication is excellent. Property owner is very easy to contact and usually quick to reply. The house is perfect for 2 families of 4. The outside area is where we spent all of our time whether it was dining, sitting having a coffee in the morning or a beverage in the evening, or relaxing in the hot tub (which was a great addition). Kids enjoyed the hanging chairs, spent a lot of their time relaxing in them. Our trucks did not fit in the garage which was fine, it actually allowed us to store all of our paddle boards in there. There is one parking spot right by the front door and the other vehicle had to park on the street which was never really an issue. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. AC worked great on those really hot days. Waking up and coming downstairs to that view of the lake through all the windows on the main floor was awesome. Bedrooms had plenty of space and the kids loved their room with the bunks. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting the full lake experience. A few have commented on the public dock next to the property. There were times it was busy but most people were respectful. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Hopefully we will get to return in the future.

Property description 100% accurate. From the photos, we wondered if they were using real-estate fisheye, but it is expansive in actuality. The space is super comfortable for 10 or so people, inside and out. For a small footprint, this home is designed to maximize comfort for a group, clean and well maintained, this place provides a perfect home base for a summer lake vacation. My family and I stayed here mid-July. Overall Fraser was good to deal with and responded, the location is very nice and the facilities/house are undoubtedly cool. All wasn’t perfect in paradise. We showed up and the beach was totally covered in weeds/milfoil, with dead fish matted in it (the smell was horrible). We waited 5 days before the beach was cleaned (sounded like it was extenuating circumstances and somewhat out of owners control, but regardless paying a premium for a sandy beach and lakeside experience and we were driving to the main beach every time we wanted to swim, definitely sucked). The hot tub water had seen much better days as well and was quite yellow with a big white foam coming up (which usually indicates uncleanliness and lots of product in the water) and so we didn’t use that after we saw). The kitchen and closets weren’t super clean and there was some dirt and spills, but otherwise the house is beautiful and the beds very comfortable. It’s a lovely location for sure.

We have stayed here twice and had an amazing experience with owner and house. Super nice and the hot tubs make those colder days awesome great alternative to spending day on the lake. Kids/teenagers walk to town. We all Had an amazing time in this beautiful community. This will always be our go to next trip to sandpoint. Definitely recommend this home!!

We had a 3 night family stay, the accommodations were very comfortable with a great layout and fantastic views. The location is ideal for access to amenities in Sandpoint. We would recommend this property to anyone and will be renting this home next time we are in the area. Thanks so much Brent

Since my husband’s passing, one of my goals has been to build memories with my children and granddaughter. We’ve had many getaways. This property met every expectation, then some. We will definitely make this a yearly getaway location!
