Stayed Aug 1, 2022The condo is clean and stocked with everything you'll need; thick towels, fully functional kitchen, comfy beds, great TVs, and a beautiful location. We really enjoyed the two adult bikes and access to the bike path into town. The host is very accommodating and very accessible.

Stayed Jul 21, 2021Had a very pleasant stay. The home is located in a community that is well maintained with large green open spaces that run down to the lakeshore. Sandpoint is a short ride, walk or bike away and offers all the services and dining one could want. I have visited Sandpoint several times and plan to do so again.

Stayed Jun 20, 2021Owner was very communicative and accommodating. We asked If it would be possible to check in and out a few days earlier than planned, and owner was agreeable He called us prior to our stay to confirm check in process and make sure we had everything we needed Owner was quick to respond with the couple of questions we had throughout our stay. We enjoyed the property very much, the pool and the tennis court were a favorite of our kids. The condo was clean and well-maintained and fully stocked with everything we could have needed. The owner went the extra mile to have satellite TV hooked up before our stay and put in a new air-conditioning unit so that we would be comfortable. It was a great visit and we would love to go back again.
