Surrounded by 20 acres. It has everything you need for cooking and for getting an amazing hot water outdoor shower.brAll you need are your clothes and your food. There is a nice size refrigerator, copper sink with drinkable spring water flowing from it.brThe queen size bed is made of memory foam and is brand new. I have olive oil, some spices, salt and pepper, tea and coffee and a french press for your use.brI provide your towels in the kitchen and for the shower.brGuest accessbrGuests will have access to just the immediate area around the Birds Nest. The area around the big cabin is private along with the rest of the property. More information will be provided when guests check in. The property has perhaps one of the best views of local fireworks displays over the 4th of July weekend with fireworks launched about 700 feet away. A large outdoor firepit overlooks the bay. brbrThe property is located 15 minutes east of U.S. Hwy 95 via Sagle Road. A small local grocery/convenience store (Odies) and a restaurant (Captn's Table) are both located directly across the bay from the home. The trail is mostly down hill and is rated as one of the most scenic bicycle trails in the entire country. A bus at the bottom of the trail will bring you back to the parking lot. The first tunnel is 1.6 miles long so definitely bring a good head lamp.
