Expansive Group Lake House w/ Private Hot Tub!

We cannot recommend this property enough! We LOVE IT! Not only is it a great fit for our large family, but it is also so roomy and has wonderful amenities. We love the hot tub for relaxing, the gym for all sorts of fun activities, even when the weather is bad. We enjoy being able to watch movies or play games together. The kitchen is well equipped. The rooms are large spacious. There are many outdoor activities nearby, we enjoy hiking at Round Lake and going into to Sandpoint for coffee and shopping. We've stayed here 4 years in a row and are hoping to come back again next year. I would also mention that the property manager is excellent! He is quick to respond to our texts and is always kind and helpful. Needless to say, it is our favorite place to stay in the area.

Beautiful home and property, worked perfectly for our huge family Christmas.

We were a group of 16 sibling seniors. The house was perfect for us. The space was ideal, bed and bathrooms perfect. The bathroom with the walk in tub/shower was perfect, as we had one attendee in a walker.The choice of activities was endless. Seth was extremely helpful with communication and quick to respond. Highly recommend.

For an extended large family group that likes to be near water it is ideal. We have stayed before and will stay again. And there is so much to do at the property itself. We love it.

The owners thought of everything: kayaks, life vests, paddles, towels for the dock, towels for the hot tub. There were 2 microwaves and 2 laundry rooms with beautiful washers and dryers. Lots of dining spaces (there were 16 of us), and lots of dishes, bowls and utensils. Pots, pans, blenders, coffee pots, griddles. Bedrooms were lovely. Swings and other outdoor activities were on the property. My grands loved the private gym, with basketball and pickleball courts, ping pong, pool table, foosball, exercise equipment. It was a lovely stay.

We loved this property! The hosts were incredible and answered all my questions in a timely manner before we arrived. They made communication easy while we were there. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed including large pots and pans, a grill for pancakes, and an instapot/crockpot. We used mostly paper products, but it looked like there were plenty of plates, cups, etc. for a large group. There were 23 of us there for a family reunion, so we also rented the smaller house on the property. We had plenty of room to spread out and play. We used the gym and the theater room a lot as a family. The young adults and teenagers had a blast at the dock and on the river with their paddleboards. The littles loved the big swing, climbing ropes and equipment, and the sandbox. It was easy to replenish food with shopping in Sandpoint only 20 minutes away: Safeway, Walmart, and Costco. One day we drove to Silverwood Theme Park, just 30 minutes away, and had a blast. We also drove to City Beach in Sandpoint and rented personal watercraft and a boat from Action Watersports. Love Pend Oreille Lake!!! Some of our group even drove up to Canada for the day, a 1.5 hour drive to Creston, BC. We would definitely rent this property again if we every make it back to Sagle. We had a blast!!

Our family feels like they're at home when we stay here. The beds are comfortable, the layout is perfect. We have so much space for our large family we can be together and really enjoy one another. We loved having access to the gym and the hot tub is always a hit. This was the third time we have stayed here and plan to use it again!

The home had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed. Many spacious areas for people to spread out. The gym was great! Our party of 19 never felt cramped!

Great Location. Great Property. Well stocked relative to other vacation rentals I've stayed at. 2 BBQ Grills, tools, lots of plates, silverware, cookware, etc.

The house fit our family’s needs perfectly! We are a big family and we enjoyed having enough room to have our own space when needed! The kids enjoyed the movie room and the large outside area to run around in! There is plenty of room on main floor for meals when the family gathers. Lots of water toys! The only drawback is getting to the water. Walking across the street is a little worrying with kids but after a day there you notice that it’s not a well traveled road.

Just WOW! We rented both homes for our family of 28 from 5 different states and LOVED every second of our stay! Plenty of beds, bathrooms, towels, dishes, space, parking and FUN!? We got quick helpful responses from both Evolve and Seth before our arrival for planning and during our stay!! Kids (& adults)totally enjoyed the big gym activities , big screen movies & rec room downstairs, swing set, hot tub and sand box but our real favorite was hanging out on the dock which felt completely private- swimming, fishing, kayaking and SUPing on the River on beautiful sunny days was THE BEST!!! We used their water toys & brought some of our own! ( They have a great supply of life jackets too!) The ramp down to the dock is steep, but has good traction and handrails so even our 92 year- old Matriarch handled it!! We appreciated having multiple ovens & refrigerators for cooking for our big group!! Plenty of cookware/ spices/ paper goods were provided too! After watching the Paris Summer Olympics on the big tv inside, we held our own family Olympics in the grassy backyard & had a BLAST!!! Some of us enjoyed trips into Sandpoint to the Farmers Market & shopping, or lovely walks in both directions from the house, but this property was so amazing, we really had no need to leave. Wished we could’ve stayed a second week!! We all definitely hope to be back here again for more family bonding and time enjoying the nature and peace it has to offer!!!

Property was perfect for a family gathering. we are mom & dad, five children, four grandchildren, a spouse and a boyfriend. It is a super place, beach close by and lots to do around the house. A great place for summer fun. We will be coming back!!

Home was well equipped, comfortable for our large group and better than expected. Lake was close and beautiful for swimming or kayaking from the dock.
