You will frequently see bald eagles, deer and river otters while relaxing on the patio. We provide 2 adult bikes and 1 child bike for you to hit the paved centennial trail that is directly behind our home. After a short flat ride you will find parks, restaurants, bars and a brewery only 1.5 miles from our home. We also have Golf courses, Frisbee golf and hiking all close by our home . The space consists of a master bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen with breakfast bar, 3/4 bathroom (shower only- no tub), full laundry, built in desk and living room. A user-friendly thermostat makes controlling the central air conditioning and furnace a breeze. Wireless internet and Roku tv with netflix account already logged in are provided.brbrThe master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and plenty of closet space to accommodate personal belongings. Other sleeping options include a queen size sofa sleeper which is located in the living room and children's pack-n-play. brbrYou can expect a fully equipped kitchen boasting full sized appliances along with a Keurig coffee maker. Upon arrival, the kitchen will be stocked with coffee. There is both a super center and grocery store located within a mile of the house making it easy to grab everything else you need to make your stay just like home. brbrOn the outside, a covered patio provides a sheltered space for enjoying the beautiful north Idaho weather. Two adirondack chairs, a table, and gas grill are in this space as well. On the west side of the house, you will find a sidewalk that connects the driveway in back to the patio in front. A large garage with parking big enough for large suv's and pickup trucks is especially convenient during those bad weather days.brbrThe neighborhood is private and kid friendly with many restaurants located less than 5 minutes away. The kitchen is well-stocked, a true chef's dream. This property offers two indoor dining areas and a deck with grill and outdoor dining/seating. The deck and main bedroom offer beautiful views of the acreage property along the Spokane river and the hills of Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls. The property has a high chair, port-a-crib, and bouncy chair onsite for infants and children. There are also ice chests, camping chairs, and beach towels available for our guests. Located just over a mile to Kiwanis Park with a swim beach and river access. This home is walking distance to the Spokane river (0.3 miles), just down Grennsferry untill it ends at Rodkey Drive (Rodkey Drive Public Access).
