Stayed Aug 10, 2025Beautiful peaceful view of the river and woods, wonderful kitchen, good wifi, plenty of thoughtful amenities, good quality sheets, quiet neighborhood, enjoyed watching all the different birds. AC unit worked well. Host was very responsive and friendly, polite to communications. Highly recommend this place for a getaway!

Stayed Jul 2, 2025Overall the house was great. We were in town for a baseball tournament so it was nice to be close to town but feel like we weren't. The river is definitely more for looking and fishing rather than floating or swimming, but the kids were old enough to get themselves to more appropriate swimming spots which are close. There was a small issue with the AC (it was incredibly hot the first day of our stay) but the host was responsive and we were able to easily fix it with a few mesages back and forth.
