Perfect Post Falls home with Beach Access

We really loved your property, the neighborhood, and all the arrangements. We just had one problem that the address provided on the listing was wrong. After reaching there we really struggled but luckily found the right address on VRBO website.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. We requested a late check-out before noon as we had some issue, especially since the property manager inquired if we could extend our stay due to no upcoming guests after us. Despite our email conversations, the property manager did not approve our request. This lack of accommodation was surprising. Additionally, after checking out, we had to remain in the area for an hour because we couldn't leave the area and no one came for cleaning or maintenance of the house. This experience was after we rented the house for 5 nights. There were other discrepancies that we couldn't overlook. Although the house is renovated, the design is peculiar with sinks located in the mater bedroom. The temperature regulation was problematic, with the upstairs being extremely hot and in the same time the basement felt like a fridge. This was a significant concern for us. Guests should also be aware that gardeners might work during their stay, and not just during the check-out and check-in intervals. The description mentioned beach access, but there was none available. The community is quite. It is an old community, with newer houses at a few miles away from this house. We like Coeur d'Alene area, this was not our first trip in Coeur d'Alene.

We had to buy a router to get internet but other than that the house was great.

Lovely home. Easily accommodates large families. The fenced yard is nice. Nice location. Well equipped. The temperature on the main level is much warmer than the basement. The basement bedrooms are very cold.

Amazing house, fully stocked kitchen with many appliances and spices! Home, beach and park were much better than described. Can’t wait to go back :)

Wonderful property! It was perfect for our needs. It was great to come back to such a comfortable and beautiful home, in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood, after a long day of playing outdoors. I would highly recommend this place, and would stay there again.

This beautiful home is located in a lovely neighborhood. The house is spacious, the beds comfy, amenities galore, and the layout was perfect for our family. The kids loved the downstairs… the games, yard activities and the bunk beds. Communications were easy and quick. We would love to return next year!

The house was beautiful and in a wonderful location. Perfect for multigenerational travel. Grandparents had the spacious main bedroom. Everyone got their own room and the kids enjoyed the bunkbeds and trundle beds downstairs. There is so much room in the house everyone felt so comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you could need and a great place to prepare meals. The back patio was where we spent most of our time and the yard was great for the kids to play. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to any large family looking for a place to stay.

Really great layout for a home with big gathering area and lots of comfortable beds. Backyard is pleasant as well. Easy access to Post Falls, Spokane and Coeur d’Alene.

Property was just as advertised. Contrary to other reviews the beds were very very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood great for a get away.Very well stocked home. If you forgot something I am sure it will be there.Highly recommend.

This was a very nice house, plenty more room than we needed for our family of 9. Quiet neighborhood, but easy access to everything we needed in CDA/Spokane area. All of our interactions with the host were very professional and helpful - they do a really good job. Nothing negative to say, the place was wonderful, and really well stocked for cooking and extra towels and everything we could want. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house. It was exactly like the online pictures and descriptions looked like. There was plenty of space both inside and out. It was the perfect house for our family reunion! The only opportunity for improvement is to replace the mattress in the main bedroom. It was very uncomfortable. Other than that, it was lovely!

We enjoyed this location very much and had an amazing time. The only challenge wss we could not get into the park as there is a gate that requires a code.

This was the perfect place for us when we spent a week in Post Falls. The home is beautiful - perfect for our group of 6. We loved the house, the neighborhood, and the location. The kitchen is very well equipped for any and all cooking you might want to do. We never had the opportunity to go down to the beach, but we will definitely work it in when we are back next summer.

Absolutely great house for a family vacation. Would highly recommend for anyone looking in the CDA area. Close in proximity to a lot of things!

We had a large group(14) with toddlers and babies. The location was perfect. The access to the beach and playground was the best part for us. I feel like the pictures don’t do this house justice. Also they have lots of baby items which was so helpful(crib, high chair, booster seat, pack n play). We will definitely be back.

Beautiful spacious house in a very pleasant neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have a downstairs area for the kids.
