The house was renovated with the intention of being budget friendly, so please keep this in mind. Refinished 1911 hardwood floors, refinished original deck, even the original sink was painted and reinstalled. Lots of character but some issues such as the bathroom sink drains slowly, and the water pressure in the shower isn't the best. Perfect for families looking to enjoy Lake CDA!
