We just finished construction on this home in 2024 with the vacation traveler in mind. Tucked away in the Sanders Beach area of Coeur d'Alene, it provides a great location for any traveler wanting to enjoy downtown amenities while soaking in nature. brbrThe home is 2,986 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have King sized beds while one room has two sets of bunkbeds that also have trendle beds underneath. There are enough beds to sleep 12 people comfortably. brbrThe downstairs den can sit a large group while also close enough to the dining room and kitchen to enjoy conversations. brbrThe upstairs living room is a perfect get away from the rest of the house to enjoy games, TV or enjoy a full-sized shuffleboard. brbrWe hope you enjoy the porch that wraps around 3/4 of the house. In-between the porch and the garage, you can find our firepit with easy controls to use.
