Being on the ground floor makes transferring groceries and beach gear easy.brbrMost of the condo is upgraded. All of the living area furniture has been updated to modern, comfortable furniture. New items include: queen sofa sleeper, laptop desk, monitor, dining set, patio set, 55” flat screen smart TV, entertainment center, and recliner. In the kitchen the the stove, microwave, blender, and coffee maker have been replaced. The bedroom has a new 32” flat screen, headboard, dresser, mirror, and new A/C unit. There is tile in both bathrooms, the hallway, and the kitchen. The living room and bedroom have laminate wood floors. (NO CARPET). There is new paint throughout and a new washer/dryer combo. New cabinets, granite counter-tops, and fixtures make this a five star kitchen. New appliances include a very quiet LG dishwasher and LG microwave.
